Gentle Dental Warm Springs

Was here 4 years ago and I went back today Maria and her team were most helpful. Maria walked me through the whole process and was able to answer every question she seemed very knowledgeable. Already scheduled my follow up visit and my husband will be going soon too 😁

I have been going to the Gentle Dental on Warm Springs and Spencer for a few years now. They are all wonderful and professional people. They have great attitudes and are always available to answer all of my questions. I would recommend them highly! I refer all of my friends and family to them. Thank you Gentle Dental!

Mixed experiences. It depends on who you get because I've dealt with some that were great and others that weren't.

First visit was an excellent experience! Marley, the receptionist was very polite and friendly on top of being helpful when I asked a couple of questions about financing (being that I am without health insurance).
The dental assistant, Martha, is very kind and informative about every detail and spoke to me in a manner that let me know I was well cared for in their facility. She's very kind.
Dr. Balle was also very professional. He was straight to the point, never tried to push any work onto me that I didn't need. He laid out a number of options for me and told me after I decide what's best for me that we would move forward with whatever I chose.
My last stop here was at the billing desk. Courtney was also very informative and personable. I had no further questions when I left and she certainly knows how to send a person with a smile.
My next appointment is Dec. 31 and I look forward to visiting this team again soon. Merry Christmas to the Gentle Dental staff at Warm Springs!

Gentle Dental is really gentle! Always friendly and excellent service. Sergio is great and cleans my teeth. Janice the treatment coordinator always wears a smile and is extremely helpful. I have been a patient here for 4 years and plan to stay here. I have the perfect smile thanks to GENTLE!

I cannot rave about the Warm Springs Gentle Dental team enough! Tammy the hygienist is so thorough and friendly. Dr. Dettlaff has been phenomenal and is great at explaining things and answering questions. Janise is very helpful and personable. Who would have thought making a payment or scheduling an appointment could be so fun? I've never had a long wait and they offer both email and text reminders in case you forget about your appointment. As someone who not only hated to go to the dentist, but was also scared to go, my family is so surprised at how much I enjoy going to the dentist now. Thank you guys for putting me at ease and giving such great service!

I really love this dentist office. I’ve been to 3 gentle dentals and I’ve always received consistent service. Unfortunately I don’t have insurance they take and can’t afford the cash prices otherwise I’d stick around. Dr. Tracy is especially special. Smart lady, kind, and just wonderful to interact with while she works. The dental techs are friendly and personable. Dr Choi is especially wonderful as an ortho too. Great place! Reception is efficient and patient.

The front desk lady removed my appointment after I called to confirm my appointment yesterday morning(11/11/21 around 9:40 am)

But the hygienist (Sergio) accepts me in for 6 months cleaning and the assistant lady helps me with the x-ray. She is Latino and so helpful.

Angel explains may be from the miscommunication causes the appointment removal.

Just getting back from an extraction;

I walked in to Gentle Dental a few weeks back, removed my mask and showed that my face had swollen due to an abscess at the root of a tooth.
They took one look at me and yes, we will see you right now.
I was so happy they were willing to help and were very friendly. They examined the affected area and prescribed antibiotics that reduced the swelling and infection in just days.
That same day I walked in, they scheduled for an extraction and had a specialist come to the location.

I went in for the extraction and I was little nervous about the amount of pain, especially after the abscess situation. They applied a topical numbing agent, then injected numbing agent into the gum, about 15 minutes later they extracted the tooth. All I felt was pressure like the tooth itself was being squeezed but it wasn't painful at all. It was such a quick and painless extraction, I was surprised.

Everyone involved in this entire process was kind and friendly, even the receptionist who assisted me with all my questions after just having been chewed out by a crazy first time patient who didn't understand how forms work, they all had a very professional and polite demeanor.

I was SO very skeptical and I am SO very cheap.
This was a great experience and the cost was so low I was shocked.
Kept waiting for the big "Ah hah so thats the catch" moment, but the whole process was so simple and straightforward.
