Really kind staff. Doctor Dettlaff was extremely informative when I had a lot of questions. This was probably the first time in a long time that I actually felt like I can trust a dental staff, after being over diagnosed from another place. 10/10 highly recommend

I stormed out of the office. They are not professional at all. I had a cleaning and it took 3 hours! The next time I went they asked me to fill out paper work that I already filled out. What a waste of time. At least the could have had me fill out the paper work while I was waiting in the waiting room for 20 minutes. You would think they would call me and ask me what happened...that is if they cared about their customers.

The dental assistant that started me was rude and the one helping dr.chen was not as rude but was rushing me. Dr chen was in a hurry so I don’t know if he did the treatment right i hope he did if he knows whats good for his office. A 11:00 o clock appointment with barely anyone waiting took about 2 and half hours

Made me come in early morning and wait to tell me that I do not have dental insurance, which I do. When they scheduled the appointment and took my information they could have let me know they would not be accepting my insurance. Waste of my time, very unprofessional. Never coming back.
