EVERYONE in that office is sooo sweet, polite, caring & patient!!! From the front office employees all the way to the back of the establishment!!!! Iām not crazy about going to dentist or doctors but I have never been treated better than this place! You feel like family there! I've been loyal to Dr.A practice for over 15yrs and I have a high level of respect for him ONLY. This new ownership has no patience, experience, knowledge to know the difference, and more importantly no concern for patients. It's become a MONEY TRAIN. I paid $3300 up front for a new upgraded bridge, and after 2 months and still unsatisfied fittings.....I was told to get over it and adjust to your now new OVER bit, and Crooked smile!!! Totally UNACCEPTABLE.
