Everyone at this facility made myself and my 2 kids ages 16 and 8 feel valued and comfortable. The office staff is friendly and always makes sure your experience is optimal. The dental assistants are phenomenal, very personable and make you feel comfortable in ever my instance. Dr. Pham was engaged, listened to our concerns, and kept a light environment while he was performing uncomfortable parts of the exam.

Family has been going here for a few years decided to start my dental work and was impressed by the whole staff,front desk,x-ray tech, hygienist and dentist definitely cares about their patients and make you feel welcome and a part of their practice. I am so happy to have found Paradise Smiles! I have gone through 3 other dentists, trying to find a professional office, cheerful people, and dentists that can deliver novacaine in a humane and caring manner. Their prices are reasonable, which is important since I don't have dental insurance. I am so relieved to have finally found people I feel that I can trust. I just had two crowns done and it was done expeditiously and as promised. They answer their phones and are responsive and caring in all respects. Yay!!

I'm giving my dentist and his staff today 5 stars as my whole appointment went well. Geeez folks, I feel bad for all the ones who gave a 4 stars and below. Most of the time the Main person who is the Dentist/Owner doesn't know what is going on with the way the staff acts towards the customer or client, it good that you all put your feedback out on a review. Cause I sure read these before going to a doctor, dentist or specialist! I used to go to another dentist years ago, that office was kinda flaky and I quit going there when I found Paradise Smiles. I have been going here for ~3 years. Remember it's the office staff that needs to be looked at real close and if you are not happy then inform the doctor/dentist right then and there in person while in the office so they can straighten out those peoples attitudes!!!

Dr. Pham and Brenda were amazing! I've always been taken care of very well here! Daniel, who did my x-rays, was great also! From the time I checked in to the time I left my care was professional and exceptionally has always!

I went there for an emergency toothache, turned out I needed a root canal. Never had one. I was extremely anxious. Dr. Pham and the surgeon were awesome. His surgeon was extremely detailed oriented in explaining every step in the procedure as he was working. I was given enough local anesthetic in order I did not feel anything. Everyone in the

back office was professional, polite, courteous. The fees were reasonable and they assisted me in helping getting the finance needed.

Great experience with Dr. Ngyuen. I was in from out of town and was scheduled for a root canal. After a thorough exam, the doctor told me that the root canal may be unnecessary and that I could wait to be treated by my dentists at home. I really appreciated the honesty and being able to avoid a possibly the cost and pain of that procedure.

I have great insurance and have been going here for about 4 or 5 years. My last cleaning was amazing. Very thorough, much more so than my previous cleanings. So have I been getting poor service all this time? I also had a 2nd crown as I was told I needed it. My insurance did not confer this due to it being unnecessary per the receptionist and my insurance saying it was incorrectly submitted. Either way, I feel this was their error and I should not have been billed for that. I have paid the bill but informed them I will not be returning. They didn’t seem to bothered by that.
