I am not a fan of the dentist. I had terrible experiences in my adolescents. I only come to RDG because they care to curate dental
plans within your means in order to maintain the best dental health possible. They always take their time explaining and advising all steps, and they are very gentle, calm and understand when it comes to differing levels of pain/pain tolerance. Literally painless experiences here. They actually listen to your concerns and goals. I will continue to get my dental work done in the future! The entire staff is a total win!

Went to Dr. Berger and she was amazing. Very patient and gentle. I even referred my mom here for a deep cleaning and she said she didn't even feel the shots! David and Brian were both Rockstars with my sparks attachments and very funny too. Thank you so much!

I am not a huge fan of the dentist. I’ve had terrible experiences in my adolescents with deep cleanings, and customers service. Rocksprings Dental Group greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in the door, my deep cleaning experience was amazing they made sure I was comfortable and that I didn’t have any pain. They also kept me informed the whole time. My teeth have never felt this clean and thanks to all the staff for making the experience a positive one!! A special thanks to Andrea!!!

I had a speedy experience as I called quite a few places looking to get an exam and cleaning/addressed all issues that same day, and I lucky was able to experience that at this dentistry office. They were so kind and precise to all my requests, I had a great experience! My dentist was dr. Jim him and his assistants were great!

Alright, I've put this off long enough. I've been going to this dental group for almost a year now because I've been having some issues with my teeth. I had a crown fall off after it had been poorly put in by my last dentist. This place helped me get a whole new crown, a deep clean, a bridge that ended up needing a root canal and new crown as well. The dentists, specialist, oral hygienist, AND the staff are incredible! They are friendly, very professional, and a far cry from the last dental group I was using previously. I'm what you would call a difficult customer due to my gag reflex and extremely active saliva glands. Dr. Tran was able to work around that and give me the best service I've ever received. I only saw Dr. Toop the one time for my comprehensive exam but she was very good and to the point. She told me what I was going to need to have done and what I could expect from it. Dr. Tran was also very helpful with it too. Every piece of advice he has given me has worked. I didn't have insurance for most of the work I received so it was very pricy, at first. But after talking to the team behind the front desk I was able to work out a monthly payment plan with a discount provided by rocksprings dental. They saved me nearly 2,000 dollars and in return provided the best dental service. I have no more pain, no more bad breath and my gums are in significantly better shape than they were a year ago. If you ever need a root canal then come here. Their specialist is the best. Dr. Nguyen worked fast and painlessly. He also followed up later and called me to see how it was healing. The professionalism here is top notch and I will be recommending this place to everybody I know!

I came in with tooth pain and they were able to take me same day in no time! Not only is the staff extremely friendly they helped me with all of my needs in a timely manner! No waiting hours! Took minutes to figure out the problem and start the process to correct it. They helped me with payment options that was catered to me. Will be recommending to anyone I talk to!!!

Rocksprings dental has been my go to for dental care. They do a great job with cleanings. Staff is very friendly and they take in appointments on time so wait times are great. Making appointments online is really easy too. I’ll probably keep coming here in the future!

I’m pretty sure that the office finds a way to take down negative reviews and if they do, I will keep adding it back. I was a patient at Rock Springs Dental since 2011 and they used to be great. Now all they care about is upselling unnecessary procedures. I went in for a routine cleaning and after x-rays I was told I have gum disease and need a deep cleaning that includes a laser treatment that costs $675. Also, I was told I have an infection under my crown, that it’s very rare and I needed to see the specialist that works in the office.When I said no thanks to the additional treatments and told them I just want my routine cleaning, the dentist Dr. Tran flat told me no. He stated that since he diagnosed me with gum disease and the insurance would reject my routine cleaning. The room was not even set up for a cleaning. They knew exactly the scam they were trying to sell. After the Dr. Left he sent in billing lady that gave me an out of pocket estimate of $2700.00. After I told her no thanks to all they were trying to do, she came back with “well, you don’t need the laser treatment. A cleaning without novocaine and the laser would only be $148.00 out of pocket.” I again said no thanks and left the office. The next day I receive an automatic appointment reminder for my follow up appointment. I never scheduled a follow up. I have gotten a second opinion from a new dentist who doesn’t take advantage of patients. Stay away from Rock Springs Dental unless you enjoy being pressured and scammed into thinking you have thousands of dollars of dental work needed.
