The Dental Center of Nevada

I needed an emergency appointment today and they were the only ones who were friendly and helpful and fit me for an appointment! I love how clean and organized it is! The staff is great! This is going to be mine and my daughters new dentist!

Seriously, nicest and most child-friensdly dentist we've seen to date. It seems to be really hard to find Doctor's & Dentists, and well just people in customer service positions in general, who are patient and understanding of small children, accommodating to families, or understanding of moms under a lot of stress some times! I don't know, I guess I expect anyone who has gone into business to serve our youth to be excited to do so! Yes, I said excited, so what if no one is excited about work, if your tending to children you should at least pretend ur excited! You should be enthusiastic, definately.more animated, slow down in your instruction, and be prepared to relay everything twice as you're repeat business depends upon of you've impressed the parents! However, I feel some may forget that the parents just want their kids to be comfortable, feel safe, not become traumatized, and to generally have a good time in anything they do, so I highly appreciated the receptionists enthusiasm, and applaud the staff for calling my children by name, for talking to them every step of the way and explaining everything they were doing, and for giving them aittle freedom to make some big kid choices, the doctor was kind, he assured me I worry quite enough and said let them worry about the kid's teeth as that would now be their job, not mine! Lol, I thought that was super sweet, anyhow, would definitely recommend them. (Also we have medicaid, they took liberty for children, don't think they take adults on Medicaid tho, fyi)

Normally I do not like going to the dentist but I don’t mind at all going to the Dental Center of Nevada. The doc and staff are amazing and always go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. We all have to go and if you need a good dentist, I highly recommend The DC of Nevada!

I went for cleaning on 10/2. I absolutely love this dentist! The entire staff is professional, experienced and friendly from the front desk to the dental assistants and most importantly the doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Paleracio because I love the results. He pays special attention to detail and takes extra time to work out flaws.

Dr. Philip & Jaylene will be the ONLY reason that I return. This was my first visit! I wasn't greeted when I entered; everything was very matter of fact & impersonal. As I waited in the lobby, (which wasn't long), I contemplated having to find a new dentist, however, once in the care area my perception of the office & staff changed!
Jay & Dr. Palarecio (Phillip) are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, outgoing, caring & thorough. I've always had sensitivity problem & HATE getting cleanings because my sensitivity to the water & air is excruciating.
For the first time in my life, the dentist, (Dr. Phillip) explained why, gave me remedies & most importantly numbed my mouth so I wouldn't be uncomfortable or tortured. That sealed the deal for me!

Of all the dental clinics that I visited you are the best. The team workers are friendly, respectful,good service and advisers. I will recommend you to my family members and friends. Thank you for everything.

After dealing with so many incompetent dentists in this town, I was so relieved to find such an amazing group of dentists here. They were the nicest I’ve ever met in my life. They took the time to explain and truly wanted to help and made me feel so comfortable. Dr Joiner fixed my teeth and they turned out so beautiful and I can now smile again. Best dentist and best dental practice in Vegas by far!!! Thank you so much Dr Joiner, you are amazing!

Everyone was very friendly, polite and professional. The entire staff including the doctor make make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. That's great for a dentist appointment.

I would highly recommend The Dental Center of Nevada to everyone looking for an excellent dental service in any aspects Dentistry because Dr Paleracio was very knowledgeable and very gentle with his hands..And the same thing with their Customer service they’re very courteous and helpful .No long waits for an appointment.The Dental assistants are awesome too and know very well what they’re doing assisting the Doctor’s needs!! The best experience ever!! Front desk ladies Emily and Christina are the best I pray you guys stay around for a long long time it is very hard to find genuine friendly happy people in customer service anywhere so for that I thank you!!! For the providers you guys rock as well so fast and very to no pain they made me feel comfortable from the front desk ladies to the back staff I’ll definitely be referring you guys to family and friends 💙
