This is by far the best dental office in Nevada! Dr. Joiner is my favorite! Very caring and patient very knowledgeable a total joy to be around and I use to fear dentist! Elizabeth at the front desk is very professional and helpful really the entire staff. If I knew everyone’s name I would write a book! This is the place to be honestly!

Tuve una experiencia horrenda con la manager general llamada Emely.Es una prepotente.Que sólo quiere que la escuchen y no deja hablar.Maltratando a todos a su paso.No les recomiendo esta clínica para nada.Se supone que uno va por salud y esta persona te hace sentir que no vales nada .
I had a horrible experience with the general manager called Emely. It is a prepotent one. That only wants to be heard and does not stop talking. Mistreating everyone in his path. I do not recommend this clinic at all. It is assumed that one goes for health and this person makes you feel that you are worthless.

I do not recommend them. They do not see you as a patient in pain. As soon as you enter, (Emely) the person who receives you shouts at you and abuses your position. She is the general manager and thinks she can shout at a minor. Very bad attitude and very rude. We will never return to that place.
No los recomiendo. Ellos no te ven como un paciente con dolor . En cuanto entras (Emely) la persona que te recibe te grita y abusa de su cargo. Pues es la mánager general y cree poder gritarle a una menor de edad . Muy fea su actitud y de muy mala educación . Nunca regresaremos a ese lugar.

Esta clínica carece de Profesionalismo . Parece mentira que una persona adulta y manager general no este calificada para su posición .Fui testigo del maltrato tan irrespetuoso que tuvo Emely con una menor de edad. Donde sus familiares tuvieron que irse del lugar. Todo porque no le dio la gana de dejar que el médico la asistiera . Esta niña venía con mucho dolor de sus cordales .Aún así el médico salió intentando ayudar y la Emely le ordenó que no la vieran. El médico ni se inmuto y se retiró .Dejando que esa señora por así decirle porque de señora no tiene un pelo. Se saliera con la suya. Espero que no recomienden está clínica nunca .

Muy grosera la Emely.Yo sólo tengo 17 años y ella me gritó y me negó asistencia después de darme una cita y faltar a mi escuela .No lo recomiendo. Tienen muy mal customer svcs.
