I am delighted to provide a positive review for Dr. Shannon Lee and her hygienist Jasmine. During my recent visit to their dental office, I was incredibly impressed with their exceptional service and care.

Dr. Lee and Jasmine are both highly personable, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my entire visit. They were gentle and caring, which helped to alleviate any anxieties I had about visiting the dentist.

What really stood out to me, however, was their attention to detail and commitment to looking out for their patients' overall health. Dr. Lee took the time to explain everything to me and ensured that I understood before proceeding with any treatment. Jasmine was thorough during my cleaning, leaving my teeth feeling clean and refreshed.

Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Shannon Lee and her hygienist Jasmine to anyone in need of dental care. Their dedication to their patients' well-being is apparent, and they go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Thank you both for an excellent experience!

Dr. Shannon Lee was very professional, polite, caring, and gentle. The work that I had done by her was great! She was understanding of the concerns that I had about previous work that was done -by a dentist at a different business - she helped me understand her concerns of the work that was done and how we would need to move forward with correcting some of that work. It's been a year and a half since I last went to the dentist, and I picked this one due to a referral from a friend. So glad I did.

These guys are professionals using the latest technology. Everything from the x-ray to the cleaning was done efficiently and effectively.

They picked up on issues I had at a first glance and was able to put together a plan to help me address my teeth issues.

Can't recommend them enough!

Dr. Shannon Lee and hygienist Leticia are amazing. All of the staff is so friendly, sweet, and even with months in between visits I feel welcomed and remembered!! After years of being afraid of dental work, this year i’ve been on top of regular visits thanks to the great and kind work this team does.

Dr. Lee with Alexander Dental is fantastic and has a great chair side personality. What really impressed me was how focused the rest of her staff is on patient experience which is typically lacking at most medical and dental offices. Not here though. I had an issue being on time stuck in traffic due to an accident. Most offices would want to reschedule. Glad I found this office!

I'm so satisfied with Alexander Dental all away around from front office to specially Dr. Lee she is so wonderful the way she gives you the caring care of the procedure been done. I just love the way she makes me feel when I get my teeth taking care of by her.

I am new to the state, therefore I was a new patient here. My new husband and I was in this office for 3 hours to ONLY get pictures and X-rays completed. They need to prioritize the appointment times, as it seems as though they were putting appointments on top of each other. I needed to get a crown started (they say) and a root canal in the same tooth, yet they were going to clean the tooth and start the crown but I would need to come back to get the root canal. I have NEVER HEARD OF THIS in my Life!! I thought a root canal was done first then a crown put on. Needless to say I left after being told that the dentist was in with another patient and the procedure would be an additional 2 hours (one TOP of the 3 hours that we were ALREADY WAITING for dental work). But, this is after he’s done with the patient that was obviously put in front of us!

This place is Ridiculous and very disrespectful to their patient’s TIME!

1st class service. Dr. Lee was very thorough and used plenty of everyday analogies to explain difficult medical procedures. The dental hygienist, Tanaye Benbo, was very meticulous, gentle and kind while working on my teeth. Throughout the deep cleaning procedure, I never once felt any pain or discomfort. In fact, I was feeling so relaxed during the procedure that I fell asleep! 😂

AMAAAZZINGGG staff I been coming here for a years now. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming everytime I could not be any happier. Dr. Lee is such an amazing dentist always makes me so feel comfortable. I got my cleaning with RDH Tanaye and she also made it a very very comfortable experience. From the moment I stepped in I got greeted by the girls up front Kristal and Stacy who are very helpful! If you’re in NLV I highly recommend this dental office 🥰

For the past 5 years I've been coming to this office for all of my dental treatments; Cleanings, Exams, even my Invisalign.
Every time I'm shown the best customer service and the staff members are amazing.
Shoutout to Dr. Lee who always greets me with a cheerful smile, Dr. Abdallah for being a great orthodontist and to his assistant Helen for being really efficient and kind.
