Came to this dental office. Was discriminated against and denied treatment based on racism and retaliation because the a dentist at this office also works at Absolute Dental. An office that did botched work on me, and this office never mentioned a thing.
Instead they billed my insurance and made me go through the process as if, I was a new patient.
Then, when I would go to my scheduled appointment for treatment they would cancel my appointment for a fake reason.
They discriminated against me at absolute dental because of my race and I reported them to my insurance. They then continued the abuse at this office.
Yelp keeps deleting my review. Because many of the reviews on here are FAKE!!!

Instead of seeing my on my appointment date. They lied and said my insurance doesn’t cover the service I need, called today, apparently they do. They forced me into waiting/non treatment. They then send a pre-authorization to my insurance in exorbitant amounts.Some dentist in Texas to throw the insurance off the trail of them actually being Absolute Dental. Then when I tried to schedule after they claimed my insurance wasn’t valid and I said I would pay cash. I was transferred to Liz. The same woman who discriminated against me at Absolute Dental.
So. Instead of getting dental treatment. My insurance was defrauded. I was taken advantage of for some kind of sick revenge on top of the RACISM.

best dentist and staff!! front desk girls is beyond friendly and super professional. the assistants are super gentle and understanding!! the whole office is wonderful. will be sending all my friends and family there. 5 stars isnt enough!! and the oral surgeon was amazing as well. have never experienced such an amazing office. the people with negative remarks must have been the problem!
