First time visit will also be my last visit. xray and basic cleaning took 1:45, lots of sitting in a chair. I was happy they could see me on a Saturday only a few weeks out but their customer service was poor and they weren't transparent about their services. Was recommended a deep cleaning (not covered by insurance) but asked if they offer a basic cleaning and both the receptionist and doctor looked at me sideways. They even made me sign a form saying I was refusing service and my teeth could fall out. The receptionist asked if I wanted fluoride with my cleaning and prefaced that it was covered insurance (gee thanks) but didn't communicate that to the hygienist so ended up without. And wasn't even offer a toothbrush. I had scheduled appts for my kids the following weekend and i asked the front desk if their appointments take long for kids and her initial response was they have a sister clinic down the road that usually handles the kids. haha overall would not recommend....

I got a free, over the phone, Invisalign consultation. Still need to get impressions etc. done, but Dr. Spencer Jimmy Faddis was so helpful and conscientious. He happily answered all of my questions and helped me make a more informed decision.

Amazing experience! I’m usually terrified of the dentist but Dr Faddis is great at making you feel comfortable and pain free. Everyone in the office is very welcoming and friendly! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I had been nervous about going to a new office, since I had been going to my previous one for 10+ years but my two appointments were seamless and effortless and they made me feel welcome as well as letting me know what was going on at all times! I’m thankful I found this office, and the staff is all very friendly and kind, too.

I commute 45 minutes out of my way to have my dental work done by Dr. Faddis. Seriously one of the coolest guys surrounded by a wonderful and friendly staff. The team is great at getting me in and out while delivering results consistently. I normally am worried about visiting the dentist but Dr. Faddis has done a great job showing that improving your dental health can be easy and most importantly pain-free! Highly recommend this talented team to anyone as I already have for my family and friends!
