This place is absolutely AMAZING.
I had a traumatic experience as a child that kept me from the dentist for over 20 years and needless to say, I had a ton of work to be done and a ton of fear around even stepping into a dentists office.
From the moment we started working with Ash and Shelsea, they made the entire process really smooth and I could tell that she actually cared about me as a human. They coordinated everything with the oral surgeon and Dr. Ben, and made sure that I was taken care of every step of the way. Dr. Ben was extremely kind and understanding and didn't make me feel bad about my teeth or stupid about being afraid of being there.
I am now coming all the way out from San Francisco just to get my work done here and even though I still have a fear of dentists, there is no other place that I will ever go to get work done. I absolutely love the way that I am treated and taken care of by Ash, Shelsea, Dr. Ben, and the entire team here.

As usual, everything went smoothly! Everyone in office is so friendly and pleasant, and I really feel as if I am seen as an individual - nothing is rushed or impersonal. Over the last few years I've had nothing but good experiences with a wide range of procedures. The care provided shows great attention to detail, you are always made to feel at ease, and all the work done stands up beautifully!

Excellent care provided by all providers at Midtown Dental. Cindy, my hygienist, was very thorough and paid attention to detail where previous dental offices were lacking. I have a very complicated treatment plan and Dr. Brooks broke every thing down step by step. He did not make me feel like he was rushing through and explained everything clearly. I would highly recommend Midtown Dental to everyone. It is in a nice neighborhood in an updated home with up to date technology.

Dental work was great, would love to leave a 5 star review unfortunately their admin staff made sure that will never happen. Tip for the good Dr. I would suggest you have them follow up by phone even 1 time before sending an account to collections over a statement they mailed repeatedly to the incorrect address. Would have saved you a patient, and saved us all time.
