Had a full on cry when I found out Dr. Lee is not in network with my insurance. This is one of the doctors that you start crunching the numbers to see if you can afford to pay cash. We had an urgent matter today with my fiance (new patient never seen) that needed answers quickly and Divine Dental made it possible for us to be seen same day. Dr. Lee was not even supposed to be available to see us today and stepped in when the other doctor was not available. I encouraged my fiance that this was a office that would make him feel cared for, safe, and understood. In the car he said, "Wow that place is amazing". While I always enjoy being told that I am right, I knew with confidence that Divine Dental would give him the same experience they always give me! Thank you Divine Dental and Dr. Lee!

I recently moved to Reno and it was time for my 6 month checkup. I was referred to Divine Dental by two members of my family who had nothing but great things to say about the doctors and the staff.
Their onboarding process of bringing me in as a new patient was very thorough, friendly, and professional. They took the time to sit down with me and discuss the details of my checkup. This is a very well-thought-out process, designed with the patient's experience in mind.
Dr. McClanahan did an excellent job communicating and making sure I was comfortable during my procedure. She took the time to explain everything and answer any questions that I had. It was quickly obvious she is very skilled in her profession and conscientious with regard to her responsibilities as a doctor.

I've been coming here since 2009. The entire staff is professional and knowledgeable. The doctors and hygienists are great. They listen to my concerns and explain the treatment before doing anything. The front desk understands insurance and they are always able to give me an accurate quote for my out of pocket expenses. I won't go anywhere else.

The dentists and hygienists and office staff are all friendly and make you feel very comfortable when you visit. If you don't love going to the dentist they will make you a lot less anxious over going.

Sorry to say I had the rudest, most condescending customer experience in my life with this office, as a new patient who called 15 minutes late to a first appointment, due to a delay out of my control. I have never posted a review, but this experience absolutely floored me. Unfortunate.
