I have braces for the second time now and the first time gentle dental. I thought that they had done a good job years ago but now that I have a different ortho I see that they just rushed my treatment and I never had my teeth the way I wanted them

Michael and Dr. D (don’t wanna butcher his name) are the best in what they do. I’m always satisfied with my teeth results. Both of them are professional and so their best to be the best. Ive been to other dentist and I’m always anxious 😬having the both of them as a team helps my anxiety and they k ow how to treat their patients with the best service possible.Vanessa is also the best front and back office. Always professional and great Costumer service:) I highly recommend coming to gentle dentle on south meadows in reno ❤️

Dr. Dupanovic and Mike the hygienist are awesome! Dr. D is very gentle and caring. Mike makes going to the dentist fun. All of the staff are very friendly. I don't mind going to the dentist now. Thanks for taking great care of me Gentle dental!

Dr. D and His assistant Mike were absolutely phenomenal and very entertaining as well. Extremely Gentle and Kind I did not feel a thing. They consistently checked to make sure I had zero discomfort. Definitely recommend going to them for dental work.

All people here are amazing. I’m one of those people that freaks out when going to the dentist, but Tia and Sasi were amazing, really no pain at the procedure I had done. I am definitely keeping them. If you are looking for a great attention and no pain this is the place!!!!

Over the last several months, I have had extensive dental work done at Gentle Dental with Dr. Lewis and staff and I couldn't be happier. Appointments were quick, efficient and "gentle". Never had to wait more than a few minutes. I loved everybody, really love Dr. Lewis. And I'm very happy with the final results.

I went to another dentist 12 years ago when I was pregnant for painful gums. I wont say their name, but they were "Absolute"ly terrible. The dentist there told me that I had 5 cavities that needed filling. I was confused because I am so diligent about oral hygiene and only had 1 cavity ever in my 35 years. I decided to go see Dr. Lewis after my pregnancy and told him about my experience. It turns out that I had ZERO cavities, how interesting.... I have been seeing Dr. Lewis for 12 years now, and still no more cavities ever. My whole family goes to Dr. Lewis including the 12 year old :) By the way, Sasi is an AMAZING hygienist. She does a fantastic job and makes all of us comfortable.

I had an appointment today at 10:00 AM, and arrived at 10:07 AM due to poor road conditions from snow overnight. I was told that my appointment would be cancelled and have to be rescheduled since "the doctor has to leave early today". It has been really hard to get appointments during Covid and I had waited for a month for this appointment. I know from working in clinics myself that flexibility is built into the schedule and there are grace periods, so I was really disappointed that I was not afforded the same basic courtesy. Needless to say, I will not be using this dentist in the future.

Dr. Lewis has been my dentist for many years, long before he went with Gentle Dental. He is an excellent dentist, personable and his staff reflects his demeanor and competence. Everyone, from Sasi who has been my hygienist for many years, Jeannette who handles the accounts, Christie, Dr. Lewis' assistant and everyone else in the office are always pleasant, friendly and make me feel confident that I am in good hands. Generally going to the dentist is a nerve-wracking experience, but not at Gentle Dental So. Meadows. I have recommended them to many friends and clients of mine and have only heard good comments from them as well.
