Hands down THE best dentist office and group I've ever been too. I used to have chronic fear of the dentist, I had very bad experiences growing up with terrible treatments. I suffered from high anxiety and fear for years and years. When I had my first appointments, Dr. Neugebauer and his team were so kind, careful and very sensitive to my past. Ive not had one issue and go to my appointments with no fear. I'm happy to see Hannah every time, she knows my needs very well and I'm sure she treats all her patients with such care. She is so wonderful! I am so grateful to have found this office. I highly recommend to anyone who wants a caring and comfortable place to receive dental care.

Best dentist I've had. The only one I've had call the day after a filling to make sure it was healing right. They use very modern methods, such as ultrasonic water instead of a metal scraper for cleanings. They are fast, efficient, and gentle. Least anxiety inducing dental appointments I've ever had.

I never write reviews, but Definitely the Best Dentist I have gone too! Dr. Folgner and his staff are absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend them. I was absolutely Terrified before going in and now I can't wait to go back!

I haven’t gone to the dentist in 2 years, kept putting it off and then I was referred to Dr. Neugebauer, Brady. Set up my appointment very easily, and was seen by him today. He is so friendly, nice, and such a great dentist! I also got my teeth cleaned by the hygienist, Hannah. She was awesome! My teeth have never felt so thoroughly cleaned! You can tell the difference between when you get a good clean and a GREAT teeth cleaning, she did GREAT! All the staff at Reno Dental Associates were very friendly. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Genesis is an excellent dental hygienist. She is an expert and passionate in her field. She keeps the patient informed of the procedures and has a high attention to detail.

I have been going to Reno Dental Associates for 16 years. I suppose now is a good time to say how much I appreciate their business. Dr. Brady Neugebauer is a terrific dentist. He is kind, upbeat and seems to form a bond with all of his patients. His staff is wonderful. They are good with time management, their hygienists are all very knowledgeable, friendly and are careful while working/cleaning your teeth. I have never had a bad experience the entire time I’ve been a patient. If they are accepting new patients, I would definitely secure your spot while you can.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brady Neugebauer since I moved to N. Nevada 20 years ago and I wouldn't have it ANY other way! Dr. Brady is so gifted and talented when it comes to his bedside manner and surpasses the standard in his skill and asthmatics! I have a full restoration and I LOVE it! His assistant Erin is a doll and I ALWAYS look forward to my appointments... sorta like family! Reno Dental Associates is by far thee premier concierge style dental association in Norther Nevada, hands down!

Dr. McElroy’s team is fantastic. I found the office because it was conveniently located and took my insurance, but they’ve really proved themselves to be fantastic. I had extensive work done last year and they kept me comfortable every time. From Wendy up front to Kim, Christine and Genesis in back, I’ll always feel good about my dentist appointments. I avoided the dentist for years because of a poor experience in the past. I trust them thoroughly and have recommended them plenty of times to friends and family. I’ll continue to do so!

2022 update!
I woke up with an excruciating tooth ache in the middle of the night on Wednesday. At 7 a.m. on Thursday, Wenday graciously answered the phone and helped me find a time to slip in to be seen by Dr. McElroy. I was seen by 11 a.m. that same day by both Christine and the Dr.l and even had my entire root canal completed that same afternoon. I'm so grateful to the entire team for making it possible to help me manage my pain and get my tooth under control. Dr. McElroy and the whole team are always willing to help and certainly care about their patients. They consistently ask if I'm comfortable and are always making sure I'm tolerating the work well. Now that I'm entering the medical field myself, it truly shows when medical professional truly care about the needs of their patients. Thank you guys once again!

The best dentist office I’ve ever been to. The techs are both personable and knowledgeable and Dr McElroy is a tooth wizard! The front end staff make booking new appointments easy and send apt reminders for appointments.

I have been to many dental offices during my 63 years but none of them come close to my appointment today. Dr. McElroy’s consultation took a huge weight off of my shoulders assuring me that my extensive work is doable. And Kim was so personable and comforting and in my opinion such an asset to Dr. McEloy’s practice.
