Front office staff was very helpful when i mentioned that my insurance only covered a certain type of filling. Also Dr Dean was very nice, thorough and did a great job explaining and making sure i was welcomed into the office. Clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable. Super friendly across the board.

Best experience I have ever had at a dental office. The staff is wonderful and ladies at the front desk are absolutely the BEST. I had a dental emergency on a Friday and I was not a patient of Sierra Smiles and they were able to get me in that day and take care of me. I now will only go to SS.

Edit: office was unclear about costs of services. My husband was switched to permanent periodontal maintenance without adequate explanation of what that was or what it would cost. None of us understood why it was necessary. Switching dentists for a more transparent one.
Great office. They have massage chairs, warm neck pillows, tv + Netflix, snacks, coffee, etc. Staff is great, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I also love that they schedule appointments as late as 5 - it makes it very easy to work around work/school.

This was the most painless dentist appointment I've ever been to! All but one person I encountered were very delightful and professional. I recently moved back to the area and was referred by a coworker but still hesitant to try a new place. Dr. John McLennan and Christie were the lovely people who assisted me on Monday 10/16. Christie was awesome and very informative. Dr. McLennan was also very personable and addressed additional things that other Drs' had never pointed out before and because of that I knew that he truly cares about his patients. Very satisfied with this company! Thank you for providing me with a smile!
