Going to this dental office is as pleasurable as a dental office can be. Excellent staff and your teeth are in good hands with Dr Paschal and his hygienist. And Jodi is great at the front desk. Gets all my family in on emergency's in a extremely timely manner. I highly recommend this office.

Gretchen was wonderful with my daughter, throughout the Invisalign process. Senses try might be painful for some. But I find at West Reno Dental a very pleasant experience. Beginning with the friendly greeting from Jodi the front desk staff, all way to the to the hygienist and Dr Paschal and his assistants always a pleasant experience. And benefits are greatly appreciated not to mention the snack bar they have in their eating room for there patients to enjoy. I would put them a cut above the rest.

Very kind and accommodating service from everyone who works here. The tone and decor of the building is also very warm and welcoming. You feel like you're being treated like a person, rather than just a set of teeth. I've had a multitude of dental issues throughout my life, and I've had to visit quite a few dentist's offices because of it. This is the best one by far.

My husband and I are new to the area and were looking for a new dentist. West Reno Dental had excellent Yelp reviews and they lived up to them! All the staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I actually learned a lot more about my teeth and prevention than any of my previous dentists had taught me. They have a cool tech setup where you can watch tv while they are working on your teeth which is a nice distraction! The facility is clean and new and I would recommend them to everyone!

My first visit left a very positive impression on me. The staff was courteous and professional and Dr. Paschal was knowledgeable, pleasant and informative. He was very good at getting to the main things that needed to be done and what my options were. He was also honest about what he couldn't do, due to the kind of bite I have, which I appreciated.

I can't say enough good things about West Reno Dental! Dr. Paschal has been my dentist since ~2002 -- they are personable, accommodating and professional in every way. They treat me like I am their favorite patient! Angie is the best dental hygienist EVER! I have had fillings, root canals, crowns and now Invisalign with West Reno Dental and every process has always been the absolute best.

Well I thought I found a good dentist
The doc was great but the office staff are horrible to work with. I called for the details on my bill and Terry, apparently the office manager, was short, provided me with my insurance phone number and asked for my credit card or there would be a finance charge. She was rude and said this is a business we need your credit card or I'll have to end this call.
If you're reading this Paschal, I would have loved to rerun, but if you have rude and unprofessional office staff your going to keep loosing customers. What a waste of my time.

I hadn’t been to the dentist for a cleaning in 12 years and had a ton of anxiety about it. The last place i went for an emergency filling filled me with so much dread and fear I cried in the chair. At west Reno dental, they were kind and gentle and helped ease my mind by telling me what to expect, showing me the tools, taking it slow and just being understanding. Special shout out to the hygienist, Laura. West Reno dental has a lifer out of me.
