They got me right in and the next day I had a root canal done. I did not feel a thing. The whole office was so nice and genuinely cared. I love this office! Everyone is so welcoming and professional. They are always on time. The one time they weren’t, they called to let me know to come in 15 minutes. Laura is THE BEST hygienist! Dr Pascal give good care but won’t try to upsell you.

Different hygienist every six months....billed my insurance incorrectly twice.... as for the dentist he cost me $400 by referring me to a specialist for a lower jaw extracted tooth and the specialist said ‘your upper teeth haven’t moved for 10 years, they are fine’. Pascal also said my teeth were fine every time I saw him— but 5 Months later I’m getting a root canal (I changed dentist who showed me the gross decay). Oh and Pascals office missed that I was eligible for a full mouth x ray fully covered by my insurance. Needless to say, after 2 years with Pascal I’m two sessions in with another dentist and very happy I switched!

I'm so thankful for West Reno Dental! I was in extreme pain from a broken tooth. A different dentist quoted me an outrageous amount to pull it! Today I was able to save my tooth!
