Was charged $156 just for X-rays. They told me I needed a deep cleaning but I got a second opinion from other dentist and they said my teeth and dental health was just fine so Iām not sure why they wanted to do extra treatment.

Face the size of a baseball, Dr. Jensen offered no extraction, no referral and no prescription other than what I was already doing and taking, again face the size of a baseball. Lucky for him the video camera on my phone was on, got everything he was saying, proof he sent me away with active infection/possible I & D and did nothing. I can share with my insurance & now go show ANOTHER doctor what happened. Sorry to disturb Dr. Jensen with my swollen face & extreme pain. I know the law/rules and you picked the wrong person to brush under the rug.
FOLLOW UP: After trying to get help from Dr.Jensen on Friday, again no extraction or follow up/treatment plan, I ended up in Renown ER on Saturday morning because of a worsening swelling/infection. Had an on call OMS/oral surgeon come extract my tooth, that Dr. Jensen could have done, had to show/explain how I ended up there, and MD/physician & oral surgeon couldn't believe that I was left untreated by Dr.Jensen. After my extraction, I ended being admitted to the hospital. Makes me sad that James Jensen DDS thought it was OK to leave me untreated because he thought/thinks I don't know the rules/laws of patient practice.

My 17 year old daughter just recently completed the invisalign treatment through West Reno Dental. Dr. Paschal is very gentle and friendly and explained how the whole process would happen. The staff was very welcoming and nice. The results my daughter received from following the invisalign process are phenomenal! She did not have to wear those clunky braces with wires. The invisalign trays were super easy for her to use and her smile is perfect! Anyone looking to enhance their smile in an easy way, should definitely go talk to West Reno Dental's friendly staff!!
