I honestly can't even believe that it's 4.8 instead of firewall 5. I've lived a lot of places and has been going to dentist like clockwork my whole life.
Every single person in this practice is genuinely nice, curious, interested, determined to address your issues. Everyone from the receptionist, hygienist to the doctors are amazing. I was not very familiar with the dentist and very afraid at first to start my dental journey. They made me feel right at home. I am very comfortable there. Both my husband and I have been treated very well every visit. Patricia is my favorite hygienist! I recently had my wisdoms pulled and he did it quickly with no issues or pain. I love this place.

I tried to be with this dentist for 3 years and their
Hygienist are not very nice and one went to a community
College in the city
I came from in Boise Idaho the school has a terrible reputation for hygentists school.
I asked her simple question about cleaning my teeth because she finished so fast. She brought that up for the next three cleaning and said I accused her of not Doing her job. I thought we talked it thru and all was good then she passed me off to someone else. I felt very uncomfortable there. Don’t need that. Plenty of other dental offices in the area.

On the other hand, Dr. Basora's practice Sparks Family Dentistry has that small, personal feel that left me smiling. Great staff. New equipment. Made me feel really comfortable. Happy with his work.
