Had a medical emergency, Keeners staff and himself were above and beyond.. Changed my insurance coverage just to go to his office.. Very knowledgeable, gave me options and made me feel better about my decision!

The staff are great! Always patient and gentle with my four year old. Dr. Keener is very thorough and kind. They really go out of their way to help the little ones. We’ll continue to return as long as they keep the doors open.

Dentists have always been my least favorite place to go. I recently had to get a crown and went to Dr. Keener on the recommendation of my boss.
I can honestly say that this was the best dental experience of my life with friendly staff, efficient but gentle procedures, and a nice facility.
I'll never look forward to going to a dentist, but I won't dread going back to this one.

I used to live in Winnemucca and Keener was my primary dentist and I loved him. But I've moved elsewhere now and 4 or 5 years later, I've gotten one tooth pulled from a root canal that keener did that went bad and one retreatment on a root canal gone bad from him. Now my mother is getting a tooth pulled for the same reason. I do not recommend him anymore.

Good luck getting anyone on the phone. They only have a phone number where someone answers, for existing patients. If you have an emergency, this is not the place to go. Office staff has a horrible attitude as well. Very pretentious.
