My wife, Vickie Moore, had an appointment 9/18/2020. She does not have a cell phone and was told to wait on the porch until someone came out to get her temperature and to conduct the entry interview. She waited for 20 minutes and then she was brought inside to wait. She was told that you were running late. When the hygenist came to get her, she was not interviewed nor was her temperature taken. She did witness other patients getting their temperatures taken.
In these times with Covid-19 , it is concerning that this process was overlooked.

Dr. Echternach has recently retired and the new doctors are not family friendly. I took my 4 and 5 year old for a cleaning today and while I was in the room with one child the doctor snuck in to my other child's room to say hello. After 20 minutes the hygienist's had cleaned both kids teeth and we were ready to go. I was billed $324. Not only did the price of children's cleanings go up, but they snuck in another charge for the doctor to say hello to my kids without me even knowing. Feeling very taken advantage of and will be on the search for a more family friendly/trust worthy dentist.

My children and I have been going to HFD for several years now. My kids LOVE coming to the dentist (which at 6 and 8 years old is truly amazing!) and each and every time we are seen we are treated kindness, compassion and honesty. I highly recommend HFD!
