Amazing experience! Always a pleasure! Thank you to all the staff for all you do! It means a lot to make my child feel comfortable in a place most kids fear to visit. I had a great first time experience here for myself and my daughter who’s 6 years old, but since then, I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time at every visit. I’ve had to schedule multiple visits because they serve too many patients in one day. I was excited to have a place where both my daughter and I can go to, but I’m going to change providers because I shouldn’t be waiting over 30 minutes for an appointment that was scheduled and scheduling multiple visits for things that can be done in one sitting.

The staff here were awesome and very accommodating. I called for an emergency first time appt and they got my daughter in same day. They figured out the problem and gave her orders for a treatment plan. The office was clean, calm and inviting. The staff were kind, extremely helpful and informative. Thank you for treating and listening to my daughter's pain!

Between limiting COVID policies and terrible experiences elsewhere, my autistic son has not been able to go to the dentist for years. This is the first time in his life he's had a successful cleaning and x-rays, and didn't come home in tears. Pearly Whites was wonderful, especially Juliana and Dr Eleni. They told me what time of day to make his appointment so that they would have time and staffing. They were supportive about providing nitrous oxide for the exam so that he could get through it without being physically restrained.

Dr. Wu is the best. Knowledgeable and goes the extra mile! The rest of the staff is also great. It's set up very efficiently which makes it easy to get an appointment. We had an emergency and I believe the outcome was much better because of Dr. Wu.

The kids have a great time here because the waiting room is a fun atmosphere, there’s this one staff member that always happens to be there and she is super friendly, and they give prizes at the end, which the kids love.
However, the the front reception is so disorganized and unfriendly. One time I showed up for an appointment that I had booked months ago, but when I walked in, I was ignored for 10 minutes, and when someone finally spoke to me, they mentioned that the office wasn’t open yet. Come to find out, they modified their hours for the summer, and never notified me that their hours had changed or that my appointment time would no longer work.
Another time, I showed up on time, to be told that I needed to complete a bunch of digital paperwork, which totally could’ve been sent ahead of time and completed before hand. I had completed this paperwork six months prior, and I let them know that nothing had changed, but all the questions were completely redundant, and nothing was saved to my profile other than my address. Then I proceeded to wait a full hour before they took my children back for a cleaning. Then we did quite a bit of waiting in the room before and after the cleaning took place and again before and after x-rays/seeing the dentist. I was there over two hours (keep in mind I was also doing the best I could to entertain and keep two young children calm this entire time which was very stressful) and was so disappointed that it ended up impacting the entire rest of the day there after. There wasn’t any moment when they were transparent about how far behind they were running that day. I wouldn’t have minded waiting, or rescheduling if I had known. But I asked several times over the period of two hours how much longer things would take, and they just pushed it off and said that someone would be taking us next….just to watch several people be taken before me. They also said that they would be informing the supervisor about how long we had been waiting, but then called us to take us to a room instead, where we proceeded to wait longer. It is so infuriating that I respect their time and show up for my appointment as scheduled, but they have no respect or consideration for my time whatsoever. All they needed to say at check in was, “We are running about an hour behind schedule today, are you able to keep this appointment or will you need to reschedule?” Being that they seem to be a tech friendly office, they probably could have also reached out to a few of their morning patients that day to let them know that they’re running behind schedule so that people don’t come in if they can’t afford to clear their schedule and wait it out. They clearly made some sort of mistake in scheduling that day (without taking any accountability) because the office was packed and everybody was waiting for a very long time without any information. The kids were running around wild and restless.
They also send out an excessive amount of text messages and give an excessive amount of phone calls to confirm an appointment. It seems as though no one keeps track of whether or not the appointments have already been confirmed and it is so excessive that it literally becomes a huge frustration every time I hear from them, over and over and OVER again regarding the same appointment.
Another time, they called me to reschedule, because they needed me to change the appointment time that I had locked in six months prior, and a happily obliged, and the timeslot they gave me was 10 AM by phone. Shortly after, I received a text message, confirming that the appointment was in fact at 9:30 AM. When I called to confirm, they made me feel as though they had it in the system correctly and that I had gotten it all wrong. I’m glad that I am the kind of person that bothers to read the excessive text messages that are sent just to make sure I don’t miss anything, because had I glazed over the details or ignored the text message, I would’ve showed up at the wrong time and would have spent all morning watching them take other scheduled appointments before me.

The staff could not have been more friendly! The Hygienist, Jacki, was very sweet and thorough along with Dr. Aiello being very personable. The front desk seemed to keep thing moving along with the assistants Alex and Ewelina. Thank you for an amazing visit! See you in 6 months!

It was my daughter first time, she is about 14 months now and although she was a cryer, since she dislikes being held down and touched on the face lol, I definitely want to say everyone here were very patient with us and with my daughter and very nice 😊 I think we may have found a permanent dentist!
