Dr. Brafman and his team , Joann and Karen are always professional and friendly. The work has always been first rate and they always do a great job of making me comfortable and pain free. I very rarely wait more than a few minutes and I love that because they respect my schedule and time. My appointments are always confirmed a day or two in advance and if I need to make a last minute change they always accommodate me with a smile. Thanks for the great service!

I highly recommend Dr. Brafman and this practice. I have been going to this practice since I was child and they are terrific. I briefly started going to another dentist when I moved out of the area, but I quickly learned that not all dentists are the same and returned to Gentle Family Dentistry. It's well worth the extra drive for a dentistry practice that cares about their patients and does a great job as well. Very friendly staff, always on time, and very trustworthy. Can't recommend them enough!

My family including two young sons have been going to Dr. Brafman office since the early 2000's. Don't be discouraged by the strip mall's hallway's slightly rundown appearance; when you walk into office #3 everything is clean and tidy with Karen at the front desk.From the time you check in, through your appointment with Joanne ( the hygienist), up to the point where you see Dr. Brafman for any type of intervention, everybody is professional and caring. Dr. Brafman takes his time to insure that you leave his office satisfied. Your dental problems gone!

Dr. Brafman and his staff are the most courteous, polite and professional people you will ever find in a dentist's office. They make you feel comfortable from the time you walk in the door until the time you walk out. I had not been to a dentist in quite some time (some 20 years!) and JoAnn explained everything that was going on with my cleaning and then Dr. Brafman also came in and explained everything as well. I only had a few small spots that needed to be filled and Dr. Brafman took his time, explained everything, applied the novocain slowly in steps. I hardly felt anything at all. I used to dread going to the dentist in the past but now thanks to Dr. Brafman and his staff I look forward to going on a regular basis again! I highly recommend him if you are in the Mt. Olive/Budd Lake, NJ area. He is located at 382 Route 46W in Budd Lake, in the old Valley National Bank plaza where Enzo's Pizza is. (You can get your dental work done and then go have a slice after!) There is currently no sign outside showing that Dr. Brafman's office is there, but hopefully he will be allowed to put one up in the future so more people can benefit from such a great dentist! In the meantime I hope you see this on the internet and give him a try. I promise you will not regret it! Dr. Brafman, thank you and your staff for your great service! I can see why you have been there so long! Even without a sign, word of mouth is your best advertisement and I know there are a lot of happy mouths that leave your office, mine included! I look forward to my next visit!

Had a 20 year old crown come out. Dr. Brafman had me come in immediately may 22 2018. He salvaged the the crown and tooth. And did another crown on a tooth I had broken 17 years ago on the same visit. Amazed he was able to save that one.
Been a patient for over 25 years. Doc Brafman is highly skilled, patient and a compassionate Doctor. He even apologzes that he has to "numb you a bit" with the needle.
He's well humored too.
His assistant Jess is a joy as well. She always has the patients comfort in mind and is an able part of the dental team along with Karen and Jo Ann.
If you are new to the area or need to find a new dentist, I highly recommend Dr Brafman and his staff of professionals.

Dr. Brafman has been my dentist for more than thirty years. I truly cannot say enough positive things about this man. He has extremely high standards, is very diligent, professional in all aspects , and maintains one of the best professional traits you should have --he cares about the patient's well being. He provides excellent care with his attention to detail. His respect for accuracy and his warm mannerism makes you feel comfortable at all times during any procedure . His professional mannerism also influences the staff that he works with, for you could not ask for a more supportive group of people in the office. Dr. Brafman listens to your concerns and finds a way to make you feel comfortable about the procedure he will perform. He treats you like a person and not a number on the assembly line, achieving individual success and not meeting a quota of the day. He is completely caring,positive, easygoing and diligent in his work to see that his patients only get the best care he physically can administer. This professional approach makes you want to return to this office.
From a basic cleaning to a complex procedure of a root canal, this doctor and his staff is rated Number 1 in my book. As long as he remains in practice, I will be a patient of his. I was 32 years old when I met this man and I am now 65, and I never considered changing to any other dentist. I have run the course of many procedures with him and honestly , I have never experienced pain or discomfort . Prior to meeting him I had a severe fear of dentistry work, but he has taken the fear of going to the dentist away. I sincerely thank him for all he has done for me.
