I have never had such a bad experience over the phone. I called at 2:50 today to speak to the receptionist about obtaining records for my patient since his email wasn’t working and he wanted me to see if I could do anything. I was expecting a nice conversation and hopefully I could provide another email. The person I spoke to on the phone was so rude and gave so much attitude to a hygiene student who just needs her patient’s images. She said “I don’t have to talk to you, you’re not a doctor!!” I’m surprised the rest of the office didn’t hear her and intervene. She was not letting me speak and immediately gave me attitude after hearing the patients name. I also did an introduction at first and she rudely said “Yea i didn’t hear any of that what did you say?” The women who I spoke to is definitely not a professional and I can’t believe they let her answer phones. I also said she was being a little rude and I was just trying to say—— and then she cut me off for the millionth time. I calmly asked if he could just pick them up in person and the conversation ended. I will definitely be recommending a different office for his future cleanings and that’s all I can say.

Pleasant & friendly environment. Anytime I had any problems with my teeth it was always taken care of with no issues. Office staff Wendy & Irina are very friendly, personable & always make me feel very comfortable.

Don’t even bother to call. The receptionist, Wendy, is the rudest woman I’ve ever spoken with. I read the reviews after the fact and then I realized how many reviews mention Wendy. Speaks volumes about how the office takes their patients into consideration if they still have her around. Do yourself a favor and don’t go there.

My wife and I have been patients of Apple Dentistry for many years, with differect insurances, thru Corona virus and all. Wendy, the office manager and doctors usually find a solution to medical problems, as well as dealing with insurances. Thank you, Apple.

Wendy, the receptionist is a Nasty, Condescending, Rude witch. Every time I have asked a question, whether it's about an appointment or a payment, she actually scolds me and said I should know the policies of the office by now!
She is Obnoxious and downright Unprofessional. As for the dentists, it's now revolving door! No dentist seems to last in this place! Every time I have an appointment, it is a different dentist! I don't like that there is a lack of continuity. I never know what to expect, and that has gotten on my nerves! Originally I went to Apple Dentist because it's in town.
I don't need to be "scolded" by a fat, insecure woman at the desk. After today, I will no longer go here!!!

Cancelled an appointment we made months ago at the last minute. The only option they gave us was one and a half months later. Claimed there's only one dentist at the practice when there are two listed on their website and two listed on my insurance provider list. There also seems to be a different dentist every time we would go there - it's like a revolving door. Not very reassuring. We're looking for another dentist.
The receptionist was also very RUDE when we called. Not the best way to keep clients and not professional AT ALL.

Dr. Guelfguat is an exceptional dentist and health advocate in general. She and her assistant are gentle, soft-spoken, polite, and conservative in their evaluations. Wendy, the office manager, is pleasant, responsive, and generous with her time in reviewing patients insurance information.

I called and made an appointment on very short notice. I had tooth pain and was about to leave for vacation. Dr Lee did an excellent job diagnosing and addressing the issue. Everyone in the office as very professional and accommodating. I left with a much healthier mouth than when I came in.

Very nice dentistry. The dentist is great and very gentle! All the staff is very nice and helpful. There is also a discount for teeth whitening.
If you order in-office teeth whitening, or at-home teeth whitening, you get $50 dollars off of the price of the teeth whitening! Overall, I can say that this is a wonderful dentistry, and they are very good with kids!
