I am not a fan of having an appointment at 6 and not being seen to complete the appointment 45 mins later. It seems you get too backed up to see people at the appointment time. If you give me an appointment at 5 should I show up at 545? I think if appointment is at 5 I should be seen at 5 and have my appointment completed in a timely manner.

I had a great experience at Dr. Dietz's office last week. I was overdue for a dentist appointment... (I left my last local dentist office to join this one where my father has been going for years!). I have never been greeted by a nicer, friendly staff. The appointment was on time & extremely efficient. My teeth look much brighter and cleaner! I was pleasantly surprised & instead of dreading the time I have to go to the dentist, I now look forward to it!

Having dealt with my problems for a while, I was better able to understand what needs to be done. I will follow through with the new doctor, then return to Dr. Dietz. Am hoping I can overcome my fears of possible surgery.

Today was my first visit to the office. I felt welcomed instantly as I entered the pleasant waiting area. I was not there long before I was called back into the clean checkup rooms, complete with comfortable chairs. One thing that stood out as my X-rays were done was that I could see them as they were taken via the computer monitor, something I enjoyed quite a bit. Everyone that I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful in every way. Payment was breeze as they took my visa card and scheduling my next appointment could not have been easier. I'm glad I switched the Dr. Dietz's office.

Everyone here is so kind, so genuinely nice and so concerned for each patient. I’ve been coming here for over 19 and a half years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! I like many others googled Dr. Dietz and was floored at how many great reviews they received. I then made an appointment still skeptical (due to previous experience with another dentist that was horrible) but I wanted to give them a try and boy was I happy. I had my first appointment and EVERYBODY was very nice. The Dr made me feel so comfortable and the front end girl (sorry forgot your name) was so helpful. I am glad to say I finally found my dentist!!!!!!
