The Haddon Dentist - Andrew J Dietz, DDS

Dr. Dietz has been my Dentist for about 16 Years, He is an excellent Dentist, and very down to earth. His Employees are also especially Jen, she treats you like a good Friend, she is very efficient in everything you ask her do, she gets it done. She is also the office manager and a wonderful girl.

Nobody hates going to the dentist more than me. Very sensitive to tooth pain. Dr. Dietz exceeded all expectations. Had two cavities to fill didn’t feel not one thing. Took his time let me get fully numb and the drilling was quick and painless. Hell of a dentist! Won’t go anywhere else as long as his practice is open.

Front desk Staff very friendly. The Dentist very friendly and professional the tooth was a hard one to extract he did a good job, he was very comforting and knowledgeable. The dental hygienist was very friendly. If need a dentist with a heart this good place to go to.

Easily the worst dental experience in my life and I don't have bad teeth at all. Never can get a straight answer, constantly badgered on the phone. Went in for a procedure and he hurt me, hurt me bad. My family and I will never go back.

The best dental office I have ever been to. The front desk staff/dental assistants/hygienists are incredibly kind and so thorough. They will talk with you extensively about your teeth and they are so helpful. Dr. Dietz filled my cavities and I really liked his bedside manner when he was working on my teeth. He makes you feel like he has nowhere else to be. The office is the most beautiful doctors office I have ever been in.

Dr. Dietz is a great dentist. He and his staff have an eye for detail and take pride in their work and ultimately your appearance.

I've been Dr. Dietz's patient for more than 20 years and I highly recommend him for all general and prostidontic treatment.

I recently went for a cleaning. The hygienist was very thorough and it was very apparent that he studied my file before calling me back. He had the answer to Dr. Dietz questions on his fingertips regarding past service and dates. I was quite impressed. He also had a very nice personality suited for this line of work.

This review is based on my first few of appointments within a couple weeks of each other at The Haddon Dentist. I don't typically review places on Google, but it was requested by their office and overall I thought it was deserving. First impression is the staff's outstanding courtesy and professionalism. They make every effort to remind and enure you're going to make your appointment time and have offered to move up a scheduled appointment when a slot becomes available. They are also pleasant and hospitable upon arrival to the office - genuinely nice people. The office alone is worth pointing out as others have - its by far the nicest dentist office I've been to. Beautifully done.

All that aside, the most important factor for my rating is the expertise and manner in which the hygienists and Dr. Dietz perform their work. Dr. Dietz and the hygienists are very affable and outgoing, but more importantly professional and expedient in their work. A few small cavities were identified and filled without complication or discomfort. The cleaning performed by Nicole was great and high quality - very gentle, but she took the time needed to complete a very thorough cleaning. Since the pandemic began, this was the first cleaning I've had so I really appreciate the time and care she took to do a proper job. I'd recommend this office to anyone in search of a new dentist - certainly, it deserves the chance over any other. I referred my wife as well. In my case, it didn't disappoint and I've scheduled my next 6-month cleaning with them. Thanks go out to the Haddon Dentist and staff - keep up the great work!

Super nice new facilities, top notch technology. Dentist was great, felt like he had the right approach of addressing my immediate issues and thinking long term for the health of my teeth. I’ve been to 2 other dentists in the past 3 years and Dr. Dietz has been the best so far. Also, the ladies working the front desk have a great attitude. They went the extra mile in figuring out my insurance issues and deserve praise for their willingness to take ownership of my problems and making sure they get resolved.

I am a new patient here but so far so good. I will try to remember to follow up if anything changes.

The office is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Today’s visit was for a dental cleaning and fluoride treatment. My hygienist, Jen took the time to examine and explain everything she was doing and provided me with a very thorough education on oral health care.
