The office secretary comes across as very friendly, as long as there is no conflict.We did not understand our bill and were asking questions regarding a charge that was paid for, her response was "I don't get it why you don't understand" her response was very rude and offensive showing no patience or regard how she sounded, sorry to say this is not the first .time, Since Dr Guignard retired and turned his practice over things have not been the same, didn't even notify everybody he was retiring.
