TVs only show Roku loading screen for 80% of the day, imo there should be some sort of entertainment to be provided for patients waiting in small room, possibly magazines or books, or the news running on the TV. Walls say no phone usage yet everyone has no other choice, in a sense can be seen as a silent room possibly to ponder.
besides that Dr.Hinds is an amazing person, very immersed in his craft, professional enforcer of proper hygiene for the oral! No disrespect to the staff at all!

WROST place ever! Staff is not helpful at all; the doctor is very unprofessional always late every time I go I have to wait for 30 mins and sometimes even an hour wait; I had a really bad experience today I went this morning because I had an appointment to do a procedure after waiting for half an hour for the doctor she didn’t finish the procedure; because she didn’t feelt like finishing the process right now my tooth is hurting me and I’ll have to go to another doctor; I hope everyone reads the bad reviews don’t waist your time and money going to this doctor.

I must say I have never ever been so frustrated inside a dr office. The level of unprofessional nonsense u have to deal with here is truly insane. For starters most doctors offices explain u must call before entering, not here. They just have you stand at a locked door until some feels like answering the door. Now the kicker. I had an appointment, an APPOINTMENT! Not a walk in an appointment!! Well I was not seen until an hour later!!!! Finally after being seen I am told I have to come back for a cleaning. Meaning they looked in my mouth for all of 3 seconds and that’s it. An hour!!!!! For nothing!!!!!!! If all that was not enough the receptionist at the front desk has the worst attitude. She was not welcoming, friendly nor helpful. This was the worst doctors visit I’ve ever encountered.

Im not exactly sure what people except from this dental practice and all these bad reviews. I have been going to this place for at least 15 yrs. I use Dr K and she is GREAT
She is always very kind and explains her work to me. I feel very safe in her care. I dont pay mind to the remaining staff and how they perform their job or the wait. I anticipate and prepare

Worst doctor I ever talk to very nasty and didn’t even want to look at my papers crazy u can’t even ask them for help idk what happened to this office it use to be a good place when I was a child now they just got and old evil lady doctor in there that will not look at ur lap and will send u the the hospital 🤮🤮🤮🤮

I just bring my kids overhere cause it’s the only dentist that get my insurance cover but it’s annoying deal with the staff,they are so rude all the time like if they are giving free service!! Guys that’s your job you have to be nice with the patients….
