This is one of the worst places I’ve ever been to in my life!!!!!! If I can give them 0 In rating !!!! That’s even to much!! I just don’t know how this place is still in business!!!!!!!!! I wish the state can come undercover and come check out how they operate!!!! This place will be shut down that VERY DAY!!!!! They talk to each other while your just standing there 10 -15mins There very RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Always have an attitude!!!!!! Talk down to you talk about each other in front of patients!! The DOCTORs are EVEN WORSE!!!!!! This place!!!!! NEEDS TO GET SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!! I tell everyone not to come here !! About 3 people that wants to get there braces done I personally make sure they don’t come here!!!!!!!! This place is the worst my sister stop coming here !! A long time ago and makes sure my family don’t come here I only come here cause it’s down the street from my house. Today will be the last day I come here ! This place needs to get shut down!!!! Period.

It’s really sad to give a business this kind of review, but it’s what they deserve. The doctors are nice but the staff at the front desk are very rude and nasty. They have no respect for patients.

This place is the worst dental office the staff is unprofessional when you call they have you on hold for long time. When you go into the office you have to wait hours before you are seen. Doctor Fraser is a very nasty doctor she should not own that business she is very rude she don't consider her patients needs. I don't recommend no one to have this be their dentist no one should go to this place. Yes they do need to shut this place down and be reported to better business bureau.

i’ve been coming here since i was a child and i never had a bad experience, my appointment would be at 9 am i get out at like 11:30 which isn’t bad at all, i seemed to be liked because i never had problems.

I really like this place. I went in as an emergency and they saw me right away, and every time I go I get good treatment. I can’t complain.

I agree with the previous post. Not the friendliest place to be. But I won't bash them, some people can be nice..I'll drive the 35 minutes to my new dentist ANY DAY over coming here.

This place is a joke.. my app was at 10am i left at 1:40pm just because a cleaning, the only dentist the had was doing my teeth and another person next to me at the same time, yess!@ just like that and she was having a laughing conversation with one of the assistant.. they all rude and very aggressive, nightmare!! And very unclean

Very very unprofessional the DR. Her self is very nasty and rude ! All they want is your money , the place is disgusting all the chairs have dirty stains and the front desk associates are just as rude as the dr. Maureen herself ! I hate this place & I will never take my kids or recommend anyone to this unprofessional environment ! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY !!!!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are so rude and unwilling to help. I called and they put me on hold because they did not want to help me. I was waiting for 15 minutes, and while I was still on hold I used my work phone to call and they answered that call right away. So clearly they just placed me on hold so I could eventually hang up. This place is honestly horrible. The staff is super unprofessional.
