Just took my 14 year old son there for some pain he was having on a lower front tooth. All went okay until we walked out of the room and my son forgot to put his mask back on. A staff member in hallway immediately ordered him to put his mask on which I had his in my pocket from when the dentist's assistant told him to take it off. I said we're leaving and told my son to walk out the front door. The receptionist gave me attitude & said, "Why do you have to give everyone a hard time?" Then she picked up the phone and cut me off mid conversation, only to tell me "So what appointment do you want?" I said forget it, we'll call you b/c I don't like your attitude. She went on a rant & as I left I took off my mask, & asked if she's going to call the police on me. She said no and took off her mask to show me she can do it. She also took her mask off when we first arrived. The main receptionist always has a poor attitude. We don't like going there anymore since Dr. Cicchetti has taken a back seat to all the staff there. It's Cicchetti in name only, he runs nothing. Beware. I used to love it here, Dr.Cicchetti was amazing. The last time I went there was ~7years ago b/c I was tired of dealing with the snobby receptionists & no one did anything about how they treat people & claim you owe them money when you've paid already. Last time I had work done Dr. Cicchetti refused to stop when I raised my hand b/c of the pain while he was working on me. Typically he stops when I raise my hand due to pain. As Dr. Cicchetti gets older & less capable, he cares less about patient care. He was the only man there, I enjoyed our conversations and the way he treated me & my son.

I just wanted to say that Dr Ghobryal was excellent as well as her assistant Maria. She explained everything to me before I started and was super helpful when answering all my questions. Dr Ghobryal was also super professional and assisted with all the issues I was experiencing. She knows what she’s doing and will not just do things for the sake of doing a procedure. Not to mention, the mouth wash in the office leaves a great taste in your mouth!!

Visited Dr. Marize Ghobryal for the first time recently and I really appreciated how thorough she was at explaining her plan for treatment. Typically at the dentist, I tend to assume that all kinds of treatments would be recommended for the sake of billing, but Dr. Ghobryal was refreshingly honest about what was truly needed. Her and her assistant Maria were very warm and gentle during my treatment and took the time to answer all my questions.

I had two teeth "fixed" by Dr. Marize Ghobryal. When I was examined in the chair, I was quoted for $307 (or something like that, it was no more than $315). She did the procedure and I went to pay at the front desk and the lady added a $65 Limited Oral Evaluation to make it a total of $377 which frustrated me because Dr. Ghobryal initially showed me a print out that didn't have the $65. When I got home I found that I could not floss between the gaps they filled and told me to come back immediately so they can fix me; super funny because it took them 5 days to schedule me. I just went back today and Dr. Cicchetti himself was awesome! After much banter and a not so big of a scene myself and my Auntie made, I got a 10% veterans discount to get me $37 back. He also offered me 10% off all future expenses. I just got out the military and am uninsured so the costs came out my pocket. But honestly, you can keep the money. I didn't do 8 years of my adulthood for this country for anything monetary. I'm sorry Dr. Cicchetti, you're great but your associate left a disgusting taste in my mouth.

Dr. Cicchetti is the best. Not only did he take care of my husband and I but the doctor and his staff was wonderful with our 7 year old daughter who suffers from an anxiety disorder. She came out smiling and asking when can she go again. Wonderful doctors and staff!!
