I've always had a hard time at the dentist. So much anxiety and pain. But this lady is wonderful. So patient and calm and reassuring and gentle. i literally cried with relief once I was numb because I was so afraid the needle would hurt and I barely felt it. I don't ever want to go anywhere else!

Dr Narla is great. Really great. She found a spot that bothered me forever, that every other dentist missed. She also took the time to go over my clenching problem, and recommended a cheap mouthguard from walmart instead of trying to sell me a special expensive one.
Unfortunately the wait time to actually see Dr Narla was ridiculous. I arrived at 530, filled out some paperwork, had a few xays, and then sat in a chair until 7. She came in and did my cleaning, which felt rushed (probably because it was already past their closing time).
I was hesitant not to get a bunch of xrays, because I wasnt sure if insurance would cover them. The staff assured they would be covered. Well, the insurance denied them, and I'm on the hook for an additional $140 over my copay. I dont see any recourse and will have to pay the full amount they billed the insurance.
Edit: Dr. Narla contacted me about my review. Basically, she had no idea my xrays were denied and that I felt my cleaning was rushed. Every other dentist I've ever had has told me too bad of insurance didn't cover something or if I was unhappy, so I never bothered to try to call her to fix things. Dr. Narla made things right, giving me a credit and redid my cleaning. Her focus was on getting me the fillings I need to prevent future issues.
Dr. Narla is a rare find- not only is she a good dentist who wants what's best for her patients (instead of turning a profit), but she also makes sure you're happy with the service too.
