Mountain View Dental

This used to be a great dental clinic. Yesterday I went in for a simple cleaning… I waited almost half an hour past my appointment time before I got taken back to a room. The X-rays were quick, but then I was told that the doctor would be in next because the hygienist was still busy with another patient. After waiting some more, the dentist came in for a (very) quick exam, and then I waited another half hour before the hygienist came in. The hygienist did a good job as usual, but there’s no reason this appointment should have taken an hour and a half. Maybe they need to stop scheduling more patients than they can handle.

Took my kiddo to get his braces and we were both so happy with this place. Andrea put his braces on and she was very kind and helpful, explained everything to us and answered all our questions. The Dr is great as well and made my child feel comfortable which is so important to me as a parent. We love their program where kids can earn a discount by volunteering in the community, too!

Great customer service from start to finish. Extremely thorough with all procedures and staff informs you of everything they are doing or going to do in terms even a kid can understand. The staff breaks down every step necessary to get the best care for you specifically. The whole staff go above and beyond to help you get the necessaty service(s) at costs that you can afford with financing options to suite every life style or budget, especially since there are many procedures that are just not covered by insurance or limited due to various reasons. I have been to dozens of dental offices across the world due to my military service and Mountain View has been one of the best businesses that I have been to in a LONG while.

I would like to thank the staff at Mountain View Dental and especially Dr. Slade for their professionalism and compassion during my dental procedure. My procedure, while extensive, was amazingly less painful than I expected, and I received second to none care. Dr. Slade and his staff thoroughly explained all aspects of the procedure and walked me through each step. I am truly pleased with the results and would highly recommend them.

Being new to the region I visited Mountain View Dental for the first time today. My experience was wonderful. The staff was most helpful and accommodating. I called them for a last minute appointment due to a bit of an emergency and they welcomed me the same day. My thanks to Dr. Miller, dental assistants and office staff.

I recommend Mountain view dental for anyone in need of dental services. Dr. Slade and his assistant, Amber Devine, provided great treatment and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. The staff at Mountain view dental is professional and kind and I was very pleased with the services they provided.

This place was awesome. They had to numb me for a procedure and it barely hurt at all. I was getting a headache from the lights, so they gave me sunglasses and even put gauze over my eyes. They were super gentle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I was sent here by Holloman AFB and they were quick to make appointments and I didn't have to sit in the waiting area for more than 5 minutes when I showed up for my appointment.

Great service. Dentist very thorough and set up follow up appointment within 2 days for root canal and a crown 5 days later. They have the ability to make crowns on site which is awesome. So no temporary crowns awaiting off site production.
