They are always concerned about my dental health and always do everything as thorough as possible so as to make sure that I don't have problems in the future. This practice has to be one of the best if not the best Dentistry in ABQ. Everyone was very professional and helpful. After having my wisdom tooth surgery the crew were very caring and checked on me on the weekends as well! I am very thankful for this practice and I highly recommend it!

Dr. Lafferty is the best, I cannot recommend him enough, he takes his time and is very gentle! I have had multiple fillings at this office and a cleaning, I haven’t had any discomfort with any of the fillings. The hygienists are also top notch!

Doc Lafferty is the best! He’s taking care of our teeth gently and very well. My kiddos love him because he is super nice. What an amazing business! My wife started coming to ABQ Gentle Dentistry after our previous dentist retired. As we all know, starting with a new dentist can at minimum be unnerving. My wife has been so very satisfied with the care and service she received. The sign up process as a new client was really fast and easy, and I was able to complete everything remotely. When I called to schedule my first visit, the staff was professional, courteous and warm. And I received a call within a week about a cancellation and I was in for my first visit. I have since been back one additional time, and I am thrilled to share that all of the staff are professional, courteous and warm. And Doctor Lafferty is the epitome of kindness, professionalism, and warmth. I really was quite comfortable during a lengthy procedure, calm and relaxed, due to the care and warmth that Dr. Lafferty and his staff provided me. ABQ Gentle Dentistry is a testament to the fact that customer service is alive and well, that people matter and ought to be cared for, and that kindness is contagious. ABQ Gentle Dentistry is a true GEM here in our city of Albuquerque.

I went in after having a horrible dentist experience somewhere else. It was such a bad experience I hadn't gone back to the dentist in a whilllle. The minute you walk in the door you are treated with compassion and empathy they want to know if you have had a bad experience at another Dentistry. It is all about comfort here! They make you feel like it's home. I had to have a tooth extracted and Dr. Lafferty and his dental staff were amazing. I felt absolutely no pain at all. No sting from the injections and no rushed work. They took their time they were thorough. This is my only Dentistry of choice and I can confidentially say I am no longer scared to go to the dentist. I am actually 😊 excited!!!♡

I went over to the office just to check ABQ GD out. The reception staff was SO nice and also so professional. But the "seal the deal" for me was this: there was a young man (a patient) -- in his late 20s/early 30s. He was standing at the desk, checking out, and overhearing my conversation with the reception staff -- hearing that I was scared. He said to me that he used to be terrified of dentists but that this dental office/dentists had changed his life around; that thanks to them, he was getting dental care -- pretty painlessly. I just stood there with my mouth open. SO -- I believe that all these 5-star reviews are 'for real'. Also, prices quoted me were very reasonable. Lastly -- I'm making an appointment today or tomorrow. :-)
