Dr Roussel is a good dentist and his staff are friendly, however, if you try to get information about your treatment plan or your out of pocket expenses be prepared for a very long wait of days/weeks, and several phone call requests. When I finally got the information I requested, it was sent via screen shots, not PDF so they apparently lack the ability to scan documents. Finally, I have requested that my hygienist NOT use the baking soda polish on my mouth, however, she snuck it past me the last time and with a full mouth it was too late to protest.

Dr. Roussel is very thorough. The staff is great. Mandy makes you feel comfortable. I miss my previous hygenist though, he was very gentle on my gums.
