Dr. Aragon and his staff (receptionists, hygienists and assistants) are amazing. Very accommodating, clean environment, friendly, high quality work and the services they offer are fairly priced. Going to the dentist has always been a dreaded task, but since getting care at Albuquerque Modern Dentistry it’s been painless and easy. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient with this facility for years and was always happy with my service and the staff however recently the staff has been rude and unprofessional. My appointment was canceled because I didn’t answer the phone when they called me to confirm an appointment. I rescheduled my appointment months out only to be called just a few days before my appointment because they needed to reschedule my appointment. There were no appointments available for over a month. My appointment has now been delayed for 6 months. They have lost my son and me as a customer. I am very disappointed in this facility.

The staff here is fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. Chesley at the front desk was great. They always accommodate my scheduling. Dr. Sanchez is wonderful and always answers my questions thoroughly. I got a crown on this visit and between Dr. Sanchez and Alexis the process was smooth and comfortable.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now. Dr. Sanchez and his staff are always friendly, prompt, and have really improved my feelings about dentists, overall. They always make sure I’m comfortable throughout my appointment. It’s also great that they are open on Saturdays! That’s one less appointment I have to miss work for. As long as they take my insurance, I’ll be a patient of Dr. Sanchez.

Dr Sanchez is amazing!! He's very understanding, caring and always so polite! The staff is so wonderful! Had a cleaning with Luke Rel and was very satisfied with his work and professionalism. I suffer from anxiety and they all have been so great with me! Love love love this place!!

I have been coming to this dentist office for three years now and let me tell you Chelsey has fixed problems that I have had with this place in a matter of minutes. She got my account fixed and her customer service is amazing. My cleaning with Olinka was top notch and it looks like this office is turning around. I really thought today would have been my last visit and just like that I'm coming back. Thank you all!

Mr aragon has no respect for your time. I went in a for a basic cleaning and they didn't clean my teeth, instead they used an exam that they gave me 12 months ago and tried to sell me on their care plan they pitch every time. Then they sent me away without the cleaning saying they didn't have the staff to handle my cleaning even though that is the appoimtment I scheduled, the owner, mr aragon, was there. I guess he can't clean teeth. It took an hour to hear the exact same info they wasted my time with months ago. The hygenists are great and mr aragon should take lessons from them on customer etiquette. The front desk people turn over so fast I never recognize anyone in there, and I went in frequently to settle an overcharge with them. They settled the overcharge by cutting a check that will take several weeks to arrive by snail mail. Bottom line is don't go into this place gullible or nice, mr aragon and his sales team will take advantage of you big time!

I have been going to modern dentistry for about three years and was happy with the work they did!
I returned there 5 months ago they had quoted me a price of $1000.00 dollars for an implant. I went in for the bone grafting and they never contacted me to finish the procedure I called them to setup an appointment, when I went it the quoted me a price of $7000.00 more to finish the implant! I will not be going back and am out $1000.00 for the initial work!

I had a great visit yesterday morning with Dr. Aragon. Chelsey went over everything Dr. Aragon referred for me to help my tooth ache and she really helped me financially with a payment plan. Glad I came to this office. Great service overall.
