Went to get my braces taken off the receptionist that assisted me said she would call back to see what my balance would be. Of course never called never explained anything she seemed clueless of what she was doing. Went in to get them off the girls there are so rude they all look so miserable. When i got my braces removed i was not informed of what care was needed after how long to wear retainers for nothing. Definitely don’t recommend.

I love this dentist office but my daughter came in today for a recheck for having her wisdom teeth pulled on monday. She has swelling a lump and the pain isnt going away. She was taken to the treatment area, the dental assistant that took her back was wonderrful, but the lady that came and flushed her socket and talked to her was very rude, and very rough with her. She had a nasty attitude. I didnt get her name, but i feel she was treating my daughter that way because she felt that my daughter was seeking drugs for pain. She was there to see if they could figure out why there is a lump there. We return on thursday and i hope she isnt there again she is heavy sent wears glasses with shoulder lenght brown hair. no ID on or at least we could see. I love all the other dental assistants there and the dentist are fantastic also but this lady needs some chair side manors or something/

I don’t understand how some places stay in business. I called and spoke to a receptionist for a teeth cleaning and was told new patient appt had to do x rays too but don’t worry it’s a flat $19 dollar rate. I arrive for my 5 o clock appointment to be very unwelcome in the first place, there were about 6 people in the front office who were laughing and joking and speaking amongst themselves. Was not spoken to for my appt until 5:30... not even told they were running behind or anything. Then to be told the pricing I was quoted was wrong. After sitting in there for over half an hour. I was polite even when telling the person assisting my why I was upset, when I said I think if this is how I’m going to be treated, I’ll go elsewhere. Her response, no apology just an “ok”. Go elsewhere. Somewhere with class and respect

I just extracted four wisdom teeth here this morning and now I feel very good. Dr Yang and her assistant are very professional, careful and nice to me. Thank you so much. I’d like to recommend this to more friends.

Dr.Jeremy and his staff are always the best, very friendly and very down to earth!! Anytime we need them, they are available. They always make my husband feel comfortable and he always leaves with that piece of mind that if he needs anything that are there to assist!!

My entire family comes here. Dr Yang has been beyond helpful and loving through years of treatment. She will go above and beyond to make sure you can get the treatment you need. My daughter just saw her for the first time today and was thrilled. I can't put enough stars on here to show my love for this office.

Found Dr Polito by accident. Best accident ever. I love this man and he does great work. Yes, one of the receptionists doesn't listen well and comes off rude, but I've not yet seen anyone dissatisfied with the dentists. Anyone posting a negative review is lying. This is a very compassionate place. I came in with a massive infection in two teeth and I was immediately cared for. Full xrays, antibiotics, pain meds and at my request, Dr. Polito gave me novacaine. Within a day of the antibiotics, the pain was GONE. We've since pulled those teeth and replaced it with a bridge and I couldn't be happier with the work. Dentists are expensive if you don't have insurance (and even if you do, depending on your insurance). People think dentists should be cheap and no medical procedure is cheap anymore.

1st time I took my son there for braces, I waited over a year for a call to see if he was approved by medicaid provider, 2nd time I went back since the dentist told me my son's teeth were worse. I was called back this time to say he was denied, called provider to find out why... and was shocked to find out they had sent in the request wrong and he was denied because they sent it as an adult request.. twice they have dropped the ball. But the staff is friendly even when i was very pissed off and the dentists are nice. Not a bad place, just kinda have to advocate for yourself because mistakes are made

I really enjoyed my check up there, I was really anxious to go back again just to make sure everything is okay but setting up appointments and checking out my teeth. Getting feedback on what my teeth needed and what I needed to do. Best place I've ever gone to.

Covid 19 precautions were well observed. Wait time was @15 mins. I had seen Dr Dockstader in the past for several procedures and wanted to have him involved in my current dental implant process. He did exam and agreed to take on my case. I am very relieved and grateful that Dr Dockstader will be the primary dentist for implant process and general dentistry needs from now on. He has the experience and competency needed and he actually listens to his patients.
