I went to Dr Giaquinto for an implant. While doing the implanting of the post, he placed it too far into my bone however didn't realize it until I had already sat with it in my mouth for about 20 minutes. Once they completed the Xray and realized the problem, it became catastrophic. Since I had already been stitched up, Dr Giaquinto had to cut into the stitches and while doing so cut underneath my tongue. I had to have stiches placed in the soft tissue area beneath my tongue. He also had to use every ounce of strength that he had to remove the implant from the bone as it was in too deep. I was swollen for a week and couldn't talk properly and couldn't work. I went back into his office five days later to show them the problems that I was having. Three weeks later at another appointment to remove the stitches, he cut me again under my tongue!! A year later I still have permanent nerve damage in my mouth and tongue. I have a constant tingling/burning sensation and often get "tongue tied" when having to speak for too long. Food has never been the same. I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere for any type of dental surgery.

My spouse and I have been patients of Dr. Giaquinto & his staff since 1997, when it was Cottonwood Dental. Over the years we've also brought our kids for dental needs. Dr. G & everyone there have been consistently kind, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Had a great experience! The doctor was very skilled and did a great job on the work I needed done. The staff was warm and caring. The hygienist did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Giaquinto and staff at Cottonwood Dental.

Have been a patient of Dr. Giaquinto for about 4 years. I have visited other dentist office and Dr. G and his staff are awesome. 3 in particular that I remember by name are Melanie, Marie and Ashley. Melanie is as professional as it gets and has a AWESOME personality and is a natural when it comes to being caring, concerned, committed and an all around asset to this office. Marie also has the same characteristics and genuine, real and makes you feel comfortable. And last but not least there is Ashley, I have dealt with numerous times due to a recent visit and having 2 root canals. She is very professional, efficient, caring and carries awesome customer service skills. Oh almost forgot. Dr. Giaquinto is very calm, thorough,kind,understanding and knows and does his job well.

The Staff at Cottonwood Dental are Fantastic. They are great at scheduling and notifying you if there is a cancellation that better fits your schedule. My recent apptmt was to look at a possible cracked crown. Once they confirmed that - the staff fit me in immediately. WOW - I was very impressed. Thank you Cottonwood Dental!

I have been going to Dr. G for years now, I love him and his staff. Marie, one of his assistants is the absolute best, she is so warm, caring and friendly. I never have to wait long to be seen, Melanie at the front desk is so nice, she remembers everyone's name. He says he caters to cowards, he does, and makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. I never want to go to another dentist, he is stuck with me until he retires. LOVE YOU GUYS, THANK YOU.
