U guys ROCK! Everyone, starting with Cisco, who welcomes me, when I arrive for my appt, Dr.Sapp who is really gentle, & very nice w/me. Then there is Ify,who cleans my teeth, does an amazing job, & is very thorough. I hated going to the dentist, as I had a very BAD experience when I was a child. My parents would take me to Juarez for all my dental needs, & they were really rough w/me, didn't numb me etc. I'm really happy that I found u, because u take ur time with me, ur whole staff is very professional, & I haven't had a bad experience, only pleasant ones. The only dental office I'll ever use. Dr. Sapp is wonderful! I no longer have fear of dental procedures. He's gentle, efficient and funny. "Ifey" is the best hygienist around! I really do enjoy the staff at this office. They are all so wonderful, professional and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I love going here. Doctor Donoghue is amazing and walks me through everything he’s doing. The office staff has the best customer service and is super friendly and helpful.

ill give it a 2 star just because the xray guy was very nice! the lady that cleaned my teeth made my gums bleed more than they really should.. it was beyond painful. was just plain ruff! the dentist then looked at my teeth and i was told i did not have cavities when i know i did!! i don't know if its because of the insurance i have but all patients should be treated the same!!! i will not return here again!!

I have always had a good experience and never had an issue with any employee there.. however today was different when you are told to take responsibility.. when they have no idea any issues someone may be having.. May she learn better customer service in the future... trying to do the right thing and they didn't accept it..what can you do it is what it is..

I have been a patient of Dr Sapp and the team at Cottonwood Mall Dental for over 13 years. I moved to the East Mountains 10 years ago and still drive the 45 minutes to see him. He has taken very good care of my dental health and has become a trusted dentist and friend. I can't say I always look forward to a dentist visit, but Dr Sapp and his staff make it a positive experience in every way. Dr Sapp has always shown concern for my health and any pain I might experience during a procedure. I have and will continue to recommend him and the staff to my friends.

Who has ever enjoyed (OK enjoyed might be an over statement) a root canal so much that you asked for a selfie. I took it to show my friends just how awesome my dentist is. When someone tells me they are are afraid to have a root canal, I show them this picture. Dr Sapp is awesome!

I've been coming here since I was 15. I started braces then and failed my part after they were removed. I came back 10 years later and the staff has not changed.
They are just as helpful and sweet as they were then and I actually look forward to having braces yet again because I know how well I'll be treated. Maybe this time, I'm hoping it will be the last! 😂
