Cottonwood Smiles is the best dentist office I have been to! I used to get all dental work done by my grandpa and I was so nervous about finding a new dentist. Dr. King and her staff are ABSOLUTELY incredible and I cannot recommend them enough. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and well taken care of.

I absolutely love this Dentistry! I’ve been a patient for a few years and have always had excellent care. They also recommended me to Dr.Schleyer to have a connective tissue skin graft on a few teeth with receding gums. Everything has healed beautifully, and looks natural. Dr.Schleyer & their team made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions and helped manage my expectations prior to the surgery. I am beyond thrilled with my results and would absolutely recommended them!

I’ve seen Dr King for about 6 yrs and I absolutely love her! I’m 65 and seen my share of dentist from 4 states I’ve lived in and she by far exceeds with her kind manner and personality. She is dead on diagnosis and quick to fix. Her staff is always friendly and accommodating, making going to my dentist actually fun. I’d give her 10 stars ⭐️ if i could.

I regret getting more than just a cleaning here. I had a small chip in one of my front teeth filled by Dr. King and she assured me she would not take away any of my actual tooth when she was shaping the filling. BUT she did. Dr. King took away the side of my tooth that wasn't even near the filling. I'm at a loss of what to do to have this mistake fixed. I should have never gotten anything more than a cleaning here and you shouldn't either.
Cottonwood Smiles, don't reply and tell me to call your office. We know my issue won't be fixed by you. Just process a refund so I can go elsewhere.

Do not go there. Now they have office staff who everyone is a manager. Asking for appointments, only receive response "My office manager will call you!". Wrong, Heard that one too many times. Go into office to have teeth pulled for dentures, paid cash fir these teeth. Well, they lost my dentures. Call for solution and the office manager staff hung up on me not once but twice. They are short on staff & finally last week, they finally found a dentist to run the practice. Contacted Better Business Bureau here in Ax. I am contacting a lawyer. No resolution. Disappointed to say the least.

Dr. King and her staff are amazing!!!! I've always hated going to dentist but, Dr. King makes me want to come get my teeth fixed. She also has that vibe where she got me wanting to work for her for free because her passion for her job was so contagious!! She is amazing honest individual with beautiful soul that is looking out for your best interest when it comes to your teeth and gum health!!! I would never achieve a beautiful smile and healthy gums if it was not for her!! I am sending my whole gang to her for their teeth work!!!! This Dentistry is Stellar! I’ve been to quite a few sub par and par dentistries, but Cottonwood Smiles ALWAYS blows me out of the water with their professionalism, knowledge, and service. Dr. King and her staff are amazing. I’ve had multiple treatments ranging from wisdom tooth removal to night guards. It has been amazing every time. The front desk staff are super accommodating and kind, my cleanings are informative and enjoyable, and Dr. King is always willing to explain to me treatment options transparently. I love them all and never want to change my dentist….ever!
