If I could give zero stars I would. My seventeen year old needs a root canal and has been in pain for two and a half weeks. We were unfortunately referred to this dentist. They took her x-rays and I've been waiting on a call back for over two weeks. I had to get on the phone with their incompetent office staff and insurance because they are incapable of doing their job and figuring out approvals. I'll be reporting this to my own insurance for fraud because they never came up with a resolution for her situation. We ended up having to go to a new dentist (Dr Galbreth who is fantastic by the way) and we are redoing everything again because Dr Dental did nothing. She had finished her antibiotics and still no plan on how to treat her going forward, no calls back and something needed to be done. On Saturday 11/19/22 I was promised a sixth time at 8:35am that I would receive a call back by 1pm and of course they never called back. On 11/21 we decided to seek help elsewhere due to their neglect. Please if you care about your kids please save your time and money and go somewhere else. This picture is of how swollen her mouth is due to Dr Dentals incompetence and neglect.

I've been twice now to Dr. Dental and had great experiences each time! My wisdom tooth extraction could not have been easier. They were finished with the extraction in about 15 seconds, and I was shocked at how painless and quick it was! Very clean and courteous from the receptionists,
assistants and doctors. Highly recommend!

First off , I love how they take health insurance. I was having a hard time trying to find someone to fix my daughter's tooth because no one doesn't believe in insurance anymore. We had to travel over 6hrs to get to Albuquerque, we ended up finally making it to our appointment, about 15mins past out appointment time because of traffic issues. They still were able to checkout my daughter. No wait, whatsoever.
She ended up needing to get a root canal, and instead of us having to wait, and schedule another appointment to get it done, they went ahead and did the root canal right here. They were nice, and fast! If only I didn't live 6hrs away, that would be the new place I'd take my family too!

I've been going to Dr. Dental for over three years. I always get an appointment when I need one. I've found the husband and wife team dentists to be very thorough.
I get X-rays and dental work as needed. They also handle my emergency situations very well and fast. They really are excellent dentists. They sometimes have changing office staff so there can be a fluctuation in service when it comes to approvals, appointments and billin, but I have no complaints. They are busy with clients all the time, so I'm patient and I have only once had to call them regarding a follow up.
They really know their stuff and are dedicated to staying on top of their patients' dental care. They seem to be the most hardworking dentists on the planet!!

Was so pleasantly surprised with this dentist from start to finish. The location is kind of iffy but I went on in and glad I did. Clean, modern office. Everyone was very nice and professional. Dentist took the time out needed to explain all my options. Definitely recommend him.

I was anxious about seeing a dentist after so long and having had previous bad experiences, I read many reviews for different dentists before deciding on Dr. Dental. They were very easy to schedule with and I had a great experience. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and patient and made sure that I was as comfortable as possible.

Absolutely love this place. Their staff are extremely friendly and professional. They always have a smile to greet you when you walk in the door. Their Dentists are both amazing at their profession, and very friendly as well. I wouldn't go to any other place than this. I highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

The dentist is not only very professional but compassionate and able to find alternatives to very expensive dentistry. The front office is friendly and professional and the staff create a friendly atmosphere. The only thing I would change are the very modern but not very comfortable chairs in the waiting area. I'm delighted to have found my dentist for the duration 😊

This was the first time I went to Dr Dental and it was a really good experience, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. And I haven't been to a dentist since 2015 because I can't stand the pain associated with the dentist visit but this time at Dr Dental it was pretty close to painless! So I am completely satisfied with my visit and I would recommend that dental office without a doubt!

They have always treated me good when I go in there and I know I neglected my teeth for some time. The dentist checked on me several times- making sure I was ok. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was because I had two teeth pulled and it would have been nice to have 2 painkillers at least to get through the initial pain. I don’t want much- just 2-4 5 mg tablets is all 😭
