The staff is very friendly and very accommodating on your needs. They are also bilingual. There are times when I've gone in extra early and they took me right away. I enjoy this office the staff and Dr Linn.

Came in due to toothache expecting a tooth extraction and sat waiting for an hour and a half for someone to check out my teeth and do the extraction only to get the most rushed cleaning ever I wasn’t flossed and was told I had to come back for the extraction and fillings the dentist spent two minutes with me tops before he dismissed me on top of me not being able to understand what he was saying I left crying due to the now aggravated tooth that still need extraction

I liked this place, they were able to see me the next day, and as a new patient, that's pretty rare. The dentist was very nice.comparing the older reviews to the newer ones, plus my experience, I think they'be turned it around. They were quite nice. The waiting room was great. They had a play area for the kids, and a video game set up. They were ps2s, but what can you do? One had a finding memo game, the other had one from the movie Up. Even though I went in to fix two chipped teeth, they did my cleaning too, the same day, and the hygienist was nice and fast.

I had a 10:00 a.m. appt., got there about 9:50. There was a line of people, signed in 9:53. They called me up at 10:30 to fill out my paperwork. Waited another 15 mins, to get seen. Sat down, got x-rays, and waited again. Then saw the dentist, got done. Waited again, to get my teeth polished. Got out at 11:30. Was not a good visit. Sorry. Thank you,

We had an emergency and they got my husband in the same day as well as my entire family. They were great with my one and three year old. I was pleased with how nice they were. The customer service was great.

This was the worse experience I ever had at a dentist. I went there to get a cleaning and they got some xrays. According to them I had 8 different cavities that needed care ASAP so I took care of one, because I didn't fully believe I had cavities. The people doing the cleaning got water on my face and clothes and I just felt I had to get out of there and see another dentist. I need to add to this that I never had cavities in my life, so I got a second opinion and guess what? First they wouldn't release my xrays to my new dentist, they kept making up excuses and just to find out they did a horrible job with the one "they fixed" that didn't even need anything and the other 7 where not existent. I'm never coming back to this place.

Dr. Cheim is very polite and professional. As well as the other doctor's. The staff is friendly and I appreciate the reminders via text or call to schedule an appointment for cleanings.
