I believe the dentist was DR.Kim he was the reason for one star!
Went there as an emergency I have severe jaw pain and my jaw is not aligned right, they took X-rays and told me I had two cavities on the opposite side of pain and still wanted to do fillings even thou I’m in so much pain I can’t eat or open my mouth!!! Then told me my teeth being unaligned is due to me not having 1 tooth on bottom and my teeth must’ve moved mind you my teeth and jaw were fine 3days prior and the missing tooth was pulled 10years ago my jaw is swollen my gums are swollen as well and they literally poked at a couple teeth that didn’t bother me and sent me on my way with no answers or relief of any kind other that to contact an oral surgeon saying I may have TMJ but I think I have an infection or an abscess the staff was amazing tge actual dentist not so much he didn’t even look at me properly or care about what I was saying was wrong just referred me to someone else cause he didn’t want to do his job as I was waiting for him I also heard him yelling at another patient to hold his mouth open 3x and to keep it open and quit shutting his mouth I thought that was very uncalled for as well I literally went there for extreme jaw pain not for fillings that I already knew I needed and he wasn’t concerned which is horrible in my opinion cause if I have an abscess or infection it could be dangerous as if untreated causes sepsis!!! I will further not attend this dental office unless they have a different dentist I can go to as the ladies at front and the assistant that did my X-rays…etc… was very caring and respectful, I will go to another regular dentist and get a second opinion before I go to oral surgery as they are booked out for awhile and that’s what they have suggested!!!!

The staff is awesome!! Their punctuality, attentiveness, calling reminders and all the staff make the business feel welcoming. My Dr. Is a very excellent Dr. For always making sure I'm comfortable and relaxed as well as the assistance.

When to the office on pain Dentist refer me to a specialist. When the specialist office call to obtain my x rays. The Dentist office claim that I didn't sign a release of medical records form which is not truth the office staff fail to call me to let me know about it. I found out when I call and even do I explain my self. They still didn't help me I am still on pain with no help at all because someone on this office lost a paper. JESENIA NEVER CALL ME. The office manager didn't help me and she didn't let me speak to the Dentist. Very bad customer service on general.

Despite my having lots of cavities, Family smiles made me comfortable and eased my embarrassment. They were quick, efficient, and very helpful. The Doctor is a nice fellow.

(Edited)I expected someone to call me for an appointment reminder considering this was my first visit but no one did. The dentist did not seem very friendly or approachable unfortunately and since first impressions are everything it didn't make me want to return. The dentist seemed grumpy and disrespectful, I'm glad they sent me a text to give them a review. The hygienist was very kind, caring and sweet, she even gave me a list of orthodontists that accept Medicaid after the dentist failed to do so. I'll edit this review if I return in 5 months and the dentist is feeling better other than that this is carved in stone or carved in the clouds at least. Don't expect these people to return your voice message requesting to schedule an appointment, they just don't have the energy considering they're probably all under 35. They'll just send you a text instead reminding you to schedule since it's fast, easy and juvenile.
