The staff was really friendly with my 6 year old and I. He had pain when getting his tooth pulled and was screaming. That was the only problem we had and it was a big problem. I wish they would have poked at his gums or something to make sure he was numb before proceeding.

Not very happy with the service. I have been waiting over 2 months for the final step delivery of dentures. I went in on dec 2019 2nd week if dec. Waa tomd it would be 2 weeks before I got final dentures. It's the end of feb and I still dont have my teeth ..

I Have been going to the NE family smiles since the building opened.now its just horrible with a 2 hour wait.i was so upset that I needed to cool down made a following next week appointment. I was assured that I will be seen with no long wait,ofcouse it was AGAIN a 2 hour wait just to be seen by a dentist.ome of the dentist went on break after hearing him in the next room finish with a client.i will NEVER go back their again.i feel bad because I enjoyed going their,but now a long wait.

I got my teeth cleaned.... it lasted about 5 minutes... she didn’t even polish all of my teeth, no flossing, no rinsing, not even a paper towel to wipe my mouth... this is a mediocre clinic at best with lazy employees... I would suggest looking for a clinic that will actually work for their money.
