I can't recommend this office enough! I was never worried about going to the dentist before, but in the last few months I have had some of the most traumatizing dental experiences in my life. I decided to switch providers when I recently had a crown break and Dr. Cassie fit me in in just a day or two. She answered the phone herself which at first made me wonder about her staff, but when I went in the staff was amazing. She is just that personally involved in her practice. Every person in that office was kind, put together, and completely professional. Something I don't often see in offices anymore. Dr. Cassie was so wonderful to me and sent me on my way with a concrete plan and some faith that I was in good hands. If you are looking for a clean, professional, and welcoming dentist office where you will get quality care, this is the place to go. I am so thankful this office was recommended to me!

Dr. Fede and her staff work well together. They put me at ease about treatment plan and thoroughly explained treatment options. Dr. Fede gave me the first painless numbing shot I've ever received. I've recommended her to my family. I can't say enough good about her and all her staff.

I've found all employees at Fede Family Dentistry (Dr. Fede, front desk receptionist, dental hygienists, chair assistant) to be competent, professional, friendly, and helpful. They make a great team and I feel fortunate to have them in charge of my oral health. Dr. Fede communicates clearly and gives options---I've never had her suggest a procedure that was unnecessary nor push an expensive solution. She's been willing to see me on very short notice when it was urgent, and was gentle and reassuring even under those circumstances.

The dental care my family received from Dr. Fede was good, but I am very disappointed with her office's billing procedures and unethical business practices. I received a bill from her office after our appointments in August. When I asked why our 6 month cleanings were not completely covered by my insurance (as per our policy), I was informed by her staff it was because her office was no longer in-network with my insurance company, MetLife. Her staff at no point notified me or my husband that her office was no longer in-network, even though they were fully aware that they were no longer in-network. There were ample opportunities for them to inform us; I was asked about my insurance when I made my family's appointments in July, at my appointment (first time patient) in mid-August, at my husband's appointment in mid-August, and at my daughters appointment in late-August. When I contacted my insurance, they informed me that Dr. Fede requested to be removed from their network April 2, 2020, well before I made my family's appointments in July 2020 and my family attend our appointments in August 2020. Dr. Fede's office even brought me in for my first time patient appointment, fully knowing that they would no longer be in-network with my insurance. They unethically misled my family to believe that our insurance was accepted by their office and that they were in-network with our insurance company. Although I cannot speak poorly of the care my family received, I still would not recommend this dentist because of their unethical billing practices.

I cannot thank the Fede Family Dentistry enough for the outstanding dental care they have provided for me. They take great care to listen to their patients and then provide the best possible solutions to any dental problem or requirement. Dr. Fede and staff demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism, and I do appreciate their pleasant demeanor and attitude toward all their patients.

Saw Dr. Cassie today for the last time as we are moving out of state. I wish I could take her and her entire staff with me. Dr. Cassie and her staff are kind, compassionate, and easy to work with. My teeth have never been in better condition. Come to Florida, Dr. Cassie!

I LOVE Dr Fede and her staff! They make you feel very welcomed and comfortable. Out of 4 different dentists I have been to she has been the best!
