First, I really appreciated the texts reminding me of my appointment. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The lady who helped me with the fitting of my dentures really knew what she was doing and gave me good advice. As well as being nice. I felt relaxed and happy to have gone and my dentures feel good so far. I know I can always come back if I need more adjustments and feel confident that they will get fixed and I will be happy with them.

Not helpful if you are above the income limit for financial assistance and have no, or limited insurance coverage and money. They are unable, or unwilling to give any estimates on costs of extractions, price of dentures, etc until all work is completed. They attempt to obligate you to accept responsibility for all charges, without giving you any idea of the amount. They provide no information to help the “patient” make budget plans for needed procedures. They are essentially asking you to sign a blank check. They project a “we don’t care” attitude. Is this place supported by public money? I gave them 1 star because I was unable to give them 0 stars.

I’m concerned that today for the first time in over 10 years of this facility I was made to feel unwelcome and that no one was willing to advocate for me and my health. Concerning that over 10 years of treatment money became more important than service.

I did not like it for the reason I had to pay an existing payment in order to get a broken tooth off my denture which was a different account plus which I was told over the phone the cost was going to be 120 dollars I went for the visit they told me 193 dollars

I called for a same day extraction and made it very clear I was in severe pain and when I was on the phone it was a yes well when I got there the females in the front were rude and when I got to the back it was worse the dentist came in looked at my tooth and never came back in the secretary then came in showed me a paper that I needed to sign with the treatment plan and then tells me I need to schedule the extraction after I made it clear that I needed it done today and they said yes on the phone but when I got there their plans changed they were very rude and unprofessional I will never go back there
