Front office staff is not very nice, especially Rachael, she is down right rude. She is VERY argumentative and dismissive. She has no business working with the public with an attitude like that!! Maybe she needs to take a class on how to treat people but I doubt that would work!!
Why do you only respond to the positive reviews , you should try to resolve the negative reviews or fix what might be broken!!

To be honest this is one of the best dentists I've ever been to. Not only did they take both of my insurances to cover everything completely, but they also called me beforehand to reccomend this location for that reason.
The staff are so sweet and helpful, both the receptionists are very nice as well as the dental assistants listen and are courteous. The dentist I saw was very understanding and helpful. I needed two root canals and they got me in and out very fast each time, made scheduling super easy, taking a lot of care into making my teeth right. This place even wished me a happy birthday, super sweet. I wish that I wasn't moving out of state, this is definitely a dentist you'll want to keep.

When in when in for my partial couple days ago the staff was perfect there so what's the dentist he made sure my partial fit perfect before I walked out the .door. best dentist I've ever been to was very concerned if he said didn't fit perfect or if I can get him to go back right away I would recommend this dentist to anybody you won't regret it thank you staff and dentist at perfect Teeth I really appreciate it
