Perfect Teeth - Alice

I have been going to Perfect Teeth for thirteen years now and have been seeing the Lambert's since the beginning; they have always provided not only great service and dental care but have always been very thoughtful and caring during the process. Once Dr. Lambert moved to the Lomas location, I followed, and slowly the service at the location began to worsen (not Dr. Lambert). The receptionists are rude, the dental hygenist gives advice as if he were the dentist, and it seems like all they are trying to do is generate revenue. Dr. Lambert has moved to a location off of Academy and after he moved I stayed at the Lomas location for a little longer and the dental hygienist gave me horrible and FALSE information that I found to be false once I moved to Dr. Lambert's new location. One of the worst experiences I had at the Lomas location was when I went for the cleaning and I was supposed to see the Doctor before my visit was over and the receptionist had asked me if I had seen the doctor, but I wasn't sure because I had not yet met the new Doctor, so the receptionist said he had glasses so I said yes, not knowing that the hygienist and doctor had glasses; I left that day without even seeing the doctor! This location is less than mediocre and I will not be returning as I have now moved to the location off of Academy where Dr. Lambert is now located.

Thank you Perfect Teeth. My experience here was fantastic, and that's not something you usually hear about dental visits. The staff were all friendly, professional and wonderful to work with. If you are looking for a dentist please make your appointment here.

Staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They worked me in on short notice and went above & beyond to treat my issues today. I used to hate going to the dentist, but thanks to the staff here, seeing the dentist is no longer stressful!

I had two great experiences with Dr. Schneider and her staff at Perfect Teeth: once when I needed a crown re-cemented and also when I had my teeth cleaned. My crown popped off a few months ago and Savannah used dental floss to remove it and didn't have to pry it out! Dr. Schneider also did a great job re-cementing it. I haven't had any problems since.

I also have sensitive gums, so when I received my teeth cleaning, all the techs and the hygienist were very gentle and applied an anesthetic to my gums to alleviate any pain. I would definitely recommend Dr. Schneider and her staff for their care compassion, and friendliness.

Great experience all the staff was really nice. Going to the dentist is scary as is but here I felt cared for. The clinic was really clean. Would highly recommended it!!!

I'm only giving 1 star because Savannah was so awesome. I went for a partial upper denture. Had to take 7 sets of impressions because they kept getting lost. When they finally got the partial finished, it was so poor that I refuse to wear it. I will never go back. I do not recommend anyone go there unless you like having more work done than needed.
And don't let their "gold standard" of care fool you. There's nothing gold here.

Response: There is nothing to discuss. You shouldn't be surprised my review. I complained a few times about all of the impressions that were taken. Even the woman who works alongside the lab took impressions and they still needed to be remade. I also told the doctor that I was not happy with the wax sample of the partial. I also told the doctor when I picked up the partial that I was not happy with it. She told me there was nothing she could do about it. I even said to the doctor that after all the time I invested into this, I got a useless product. I also told her I would not wear it. She said she was sorry I was unhappy and reiterated that there was nothing she could do and walked out of the room. If there is nothing she can do, there is no point for me to contact you.
I'm glad you feel that you have "thousands of highly satisfied patients." I am not one of them.

Perfect Teeth on Alice was highly acclaimed by a professional woman who knew Dr. Lambert from the military and as his patient. With a small window of time to have necessary work completed, the well managed office made sure I was well taken care of. As a second generation dentist, Dr. Lambert, has the expertise to work with a variety of levels of dentistry. The procedures he does not perform, he is willing to refer to another specialist as competent as he is. Hearing the concerns I expressed, he worked with me in the most gentle way. What a coach. The office made sure the unexpected crown completion was done in a timely way, since I was about to relocate to the east coast. If you want a definite upgrade in dental care, this office will not disappoint any patient. With a voice of experience, the woman who referred me to this extraordinary dentist, was not exaggeration. He is the best dentist I have ever had.

The doctor was very nice and explained to me why he was doing the things to my teeth. I was not in any pain and the rest of the staff was very helpful.

Went there today to get an exam and cleaning done, with their $34 special. One of the office ladies was rude to a customer. It was easy to see the customer was an older person, who I am guessing was retired or on a fixed income. The office person had a load voice, like trying to talk to a hard of hearing person. The customer told her 3 times to stop yelling at her. I spoke up and told the office person she was wrong. I have insurance and they couldn't verify it, but I was there for their special, so for todays appointment, the insurance shouldn't matter. After filling out the paperwork and being there for 40 mins, a man came out, guessing the dentist and said that they would not see me, because they couldn't verify my insurance and that I wasn't the type of customer they wanted. From what I saw today, they are the type of people I would do business with. Went to a different perfect teeth and what a difference in how the customer where treated.
