My crown didn't fit the first time around but they redid it twice to make sure I had a perfect fit.

So far so good. They addressed all of my concerns, and went above and beyond with getting me estimates for future work I need. I bit the dental tech by accident and he didn't yell at me, so I'd call that a win. The dental hygienist was outgoing and educated me on periodontal disease (which I don't have. Yet.) Everyone was awesome, sweet, and professional.

DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCT from this place unless you are absolutely certain you will keep it!!! The staff was nice enough but sold me a $25 mouthwash that I was convinced was necessary. I returned the unopened product after a few days and was told they could NOT issue a refund — it would have to be submitted to their corporate office in Colorado and they would MAIL a check in 4-6 WEEKS!!!! What?? Only a few moments to take my money electronically but WEEKS to refund?!! They offered to put a credit instead on my next visit. No, thank you. There will be no next visit. With a system this flawed, I will not stick around for the next costly surprise. To the office: I strongly suggest complete purchasing transparency to future product-purchasing patients so they may make a truly informed purchase.

I have been going to Dr Van and Monica the Technician for 10 years.They are the best.All Perfect Teeth are not the same.I drive from Bernalillo because my teeth are very important to me.Very friendly staff.One other Tech. is also great but I can't remember her name right now.Try them you will like them.

Received a bill for fluoride treatment that I declined at time of service. I called to inquire about the charge and staff responded that "that's what our records indicate". I responded that I explicitly stated that I neither received nor wanted anything that was not covered by my insurance at time of service, however my wishes fell to the wayside and was charged regardless. I was suppose to follow up with more services...um no thank you. I don't like your business practices nor your customer service.
Addendum 11/22 I have NOT been called back by your establishment. Please do not attempt to put the blame on myself. The ONLY response I have received is this one. Again...a reflection of the customer service. All I had wanted was some accountability and GENUINE contrition. Not deflection and finger pointing

Good place for teeth! Mee on the other hand I don't like dentists and I wanted to run away 😒 ahem ahem Monica n drea sneaky😒😤. 🙃😋Lol But Monica was awesome and gentle and conciderat to; my phobias of people picking at my teeth. Andrea is awesome at everything keep up the good work thank you guys, or I mean gals, for everything. Best teeff place.
