Amazing. Simply amazing. They treat every customer with respect and care. Even when I’ve walked in moody, the staff are quick to help!!! I was there for a dental cleaning and several cavities needed to be filled. I’ve rarely had cavities and was not too happy with my teeth, and they were able to fill them that same day to avoid me having to take off of work another day. They were able to fix my cavities and meet the needs of their other scheduled patients. I have never experienced this type of customer service from any establishment. I was also given a Starbucks coffee. I love this place for their customer service and my teeth look exceptional.

As usual, my visit today at Riverpoint Dental went perfect. I am always treated with respect. During the cleaning, I am always asked if I am doing ok which makes me feel comfortable and willing to come back. I have not had a bad experience since I have started going to Riverpoint. After the cleaning, I was looking for a place to eat and the ladies behind the counter gave some very good suggestions, super friendly. I have never had this kind of experience from a dental office. I would highly recommend this office if you are in need of a new dentist.

Chandra was beyond amazing I would recommend anyone to her she knew I was nervous about having a deep clean and she took every measure to make sure that I was comfortable to the point where I was able to get my deep cleaning without any numbing medicine. For me, shows her compassion and love for her job, as well as her being extremely educated in what she does. I have found my new hygienist. Thank you.

Love coming here for my teeth cleanings! The staff all around is very attentive, understanding and helpful. The place itself is always clean and well put together. Best part is being able to look out onto the Sandia Mountains while getting your treatment. Would recommend to anyone.

I am just absolutly so lucky to find this place. I have never been happier with an experience from the dentist. I've had a bad fear of the dentist since I was little, do to bad experiences which caused me to not go to a dentist for the past 5-6 years or more. Long story short River Point Family saw me for the person I'm and not just for the shape my teeth were in. They did everything in their power to make me feel safe and comfortable. Thank you, seriously. I recommend this place to anyone and people with bad phobias of the dentist.

My son xzavier got his front tooth knocked out at school (an adult tooth) and our family got the run around from a couple dentistries. We were referred here and they showed the most respect to my son and I. They were caring toward my 9 year old needing a crown!! They have done a great job and we will be back soon for his permanent crown. If anyone wants great dentistry with a compassionate team, go here!!!
