ZERO stars ...absolutely the worst dentistry I've ever experienced..
The hygienist cut my cheek while doing a deep cleaning in my gums and then said that I had "bitten my cheek" in her report ..my cheek became infected , the dentist had to inject antibiotics into the infected area..the dentist changed the hygienists report to eliminate the "bitten cheek" submission.. I changed dentists immediately..
Dr Ross is someone that I would definitely not recommend.

I have been so happy to have found this practice! The hygienist actually washes her hands, and changes gloves if she touches a dirty surface, before she puts gloved hand in your mouth.

If I could give Dr. Ross and his business 10 stars, I absolutely would. I have gone to Ross Family Dentistry since I was a little girl, maybe 6 or so. It was very important to my mom to find a dentist good with kids. My brother and I have absolutely never had a problem!! Dr. Ross & his staff have always been gentle with my brother and I, and we always looked forward to our bi-annual dentist appointment with him. I no longer live in the area, but if I did, or had my own children and was in the area, I would absolutely still continue to come to this dentist clinic!!
